I've been doing lots of good stretching lately and making some nice gains. What I'd like to know is, even though lig soreness is associated with gains, did you notice that after the first month or two of an intense routine, that the soreness you feel begins to decrease where it is not near as bad as earlier? I have been feeling less sore lately even though I've been working hard. Do you think this means I need to do more or that my body is getting used to it just as a weightlifter begins to feel less sore after hard workouts?
