View Full Version : Does ability to build muscle in the gym correlate to ability to increase penis size?

Thats my question. we know that some people can go to the gym for a few hours a week and make huge gains while some bust their ass and still cannot build much muscle. Also, some people claim to have added as much as 5 inches to their dicks while some are happy with 1/8 inch after many months. Is there a correlation between the ability to break down muscle cells and rebuild them and dick cells?

To answer my own question, I am a fucking animal in the gym, since about age 15 I have been pretty much able to pack on as much muscle as I want, given that I put in the time. With the PE I'm somewhere between a slow gainer and a modest gainer, spending several months for .25 inches on both L and G. Maybe there's no correlation, or maybe I'm an exception to the rule.

Now I want to hear from you. Post whether or not you have an easy time building muscle and whether or not you can quickly add dick size. This could be interesting...

I am in your boat exactly. I am not measuring till xmas but in a good few months I have had similar gains to you. In the last 3 months in the gym (with supplements, lotsa food and lots of hard work) I have put on about 23lb.
Don't think there is a correlation. PE is a science unto itself. Wish I could work it out but I am going to give it 6 serious months before making a call.

I do have a difficult time gaining muscle mass but I do not know the answer to the question regarding gaining penis size. To me my gains are slow but to others they are impressive. However, I must admit that the stagnant growth in the gym was related to my body adapting to a routine year after year. I changed my nutrition and workout routine about 11 weeks ago and the result was weight loss (body fat), initial loss of strength, more definition, and a 4" loss in waist. This was my shock treatment for the gym and it worked. I then changed my PE routine and after stalling at 6.75" in length I am now 7-7.25" in length all in the past 2-3 weeks. The solution is simple. When growth stops or reduces tremendously, change things.

I think being stronger than the average skinny guy could have it's advantages for PE and gains. I mean if you have a strong grip from strong forearms, and hands...I would think that would help because you can apply more resistance or pressure during stretching or squeezing exercises. I don't know that being able to gain muscle more easily than others means you will gain penis size more quickly than others....there are just too many darn factors involved.

I would have to say no, building muscle is one process, stretching ligs and tunica is another. If there is a correlation then it would be in nutrition probably. People in the gym are far more likely to be eating right which gives the body what it needs to heal fast. Which may or may not contribute to penis growth.

Truthfully I dont think much of anything besides a consistan workout plan makes any difference in penis growth. All the technical shiznit aside, all we are really doing is stretching ligs and the spongy tissues of the penis so they can hold more blood.

When you look at bodybuilding its a systemic process in the body. All that muscle regenerating and growing all the time effects every system. In comparison, penis regenerating after a good workout is nothing.

Who knows though, this isnt an exact science.

I just think that those that hit the gym have more discipline than the rest. They try and take these scientific pronciples and apply them to PE which works to some extent. They maybe are more in tune with the body than a couch potatoe. A lazy bastard like myself approaches PE differently. It's all in the mind set. Maybe the gym nazi knows how a pump feels and channels that knowledge to his workout. Plus a gym goer has a ton of support to go use, while a PEer doesn't. I mean it is one thing to ask for help spotting, not grab someone else's wee wee and jelq it for them.

I would say it's just the opposite. I have been building muscle for over 20 years and can pack on 10 pounds just by looking at weights. On the other hand, i have made no gains doing PE and have known about it for over 2.5 years. i seem to get started, see no progress, and quit with PE. Building muscle comes very easy...

So, the answer is a definate NO!

I gain muscle fairly easily and am a fast gainer...

Looks like I have my answer. Some gain both dick and muscle easily, some gain one but not the other, and others struggle with both. i.e., no correlation. At least I can gain the muscle, don't know if I would trade my biceps for more dick. Hmm...
