Hi I'm like a little more than 6 inches erect and I'm wondering what some good safe exercises there are to start out with.

Ive done some jelqing in the past but haven't stayed with it, so I was thinking Jelq with some manual stretches? Ive been reading about them but I cant figure out exactly what is a stretch and howto do it properly

Thanks

Simple enough, here is what to do...

A) Take a hot shower for about 10 mins / make sure the bathroom door is closed and turn the heat on high...

B) Exit the shower and dry off.. Sit down with your legs spread... Dump a healthy amount of Baby powder on both of your hands and grab your trout directly behind the head and pull on it LOL..

C) Don't go overboard but keep a steady pressure on it / get board with sitting then stand up / pull up and down and side to side.. Keep the pressure up for about 30 mins changing hands about every three minutes... Give the trout a shake every once in a while to keep the blood moving around otherwise the head of the trout will get dark... You just did the stretch!

Do that everyday? Along with JELQing? or what..

When you say grab behind, should I make an OK sign with my hand, palms facing outward/inward? or what

I'm assuming these stretches help length?

Thanks for your help!

I stretch everyday and lay off the other aspects of PE on Sat and Sun... As far as the grip use whatever you want to... If I'm pulling straight down I use an "ok" grip but when I'm pulling up (the mighty DLD blaster which has the most impact) I grab using my whole hand...
