OK....I picked up another .25" putting my stretched flaccid bp @7.75" but still i have not measured erect.

I think I found a pretty good girth schock routine.

It takes 9 days to do.

On the first day you do an hour or an hour and a half of intense squeezes, jelqs, horses and what not. Basically: your favorite girth moves.

Day two and three, you do super light manual stretches for10-15 minutes and jelq/sqeeuze/horses for 20 minutes at very very light, no intense pressure.

You repeat this three times and you should see and feel some girth gains.

I beleive I figured out why: On the intense days, 1,4,7 you actually overstress the tunica and enlarge it past it's normal size which gets it bigger. Then on the next two days instead of trying to do this again and overtrain and piss your dick off, you just try to return it to it's new size while it is healing so that it will stay at that size permanetly. By the next start of the cycle, your healed and ready to go.
