does anyone have one that works? I've got one that rears it's ugly head every once and a while...I've tried everything I can think of, including rest for several weeks...but if I get a good session in, it returns...

Have you tried mastering dry jelqing? Avoidance was the only thing that worked for me (never actually had one thrombose, but could tell it was coming), and dry jelqing fit's this bill nicely...

I had a really bad one once, and took baby aspirin once every four hours and ibuprofin every four hours for a month(staggared two hours apart.) That did it.

No. I didn't PE at all. If it is a true clotting of the vein, the pressure would irritate it. Things like ibuprofin, aspirin, vitamin E will thin your blood to help. Is it sensitive? And where is it located(I know it's on your penis)?

I already take plenty of Vit E...what bothers me is that I'm just PEing to maintain my size...but when I do, say, maybe 20-30 minutes of very soft, easy jelq, every once in a while the damn thing will suddenly appear...it goes away in a day or two, but it just bugs the hell out of me...It's not sensitive at all, just feels like a fucking kite string under my skin from the base to right below my head...not sure if it will ever go away...I've tried putting a small magnet right on top of it and that didn't work...the next time it happens, I think I'll try about 4-5 asprin to really thin my blood and reduce swelling and see what that does...

I have an annoying vien that pops out too, when I do squeezes. The only thing I have found that I can do is put pressure on it with my finger while I squeeze, so it never gets inflated with blood. But mine is only in a small area, you may be out of luck with the one running the lenth of you dick.

Hugh, i wouldn't take all those aspirin at once. You can cause some other problems like bleeding if you take too much. Try spacing them out.

drgmerlin, I have a very high tolerance for drugs and usually take 3-4 when I have a headache...also, I ain't the smallest feller in the world...6'3" 220...so I can handle a higher dosage than most...I just really want to thin out my blood and see if that damn vein will go away...

Vitamin E cream is helpful?

i'm working on one. and i'll tell you right now, asprin hasn't done shit for me. the problem you're having is the fact that fibrin has collected around the trauma site and has caused it to become hard and lumpy like a vericose vein. despite what some people around here might say, bioflavinoids and other herbal suppliments won't do jack, so don't waste your money. if i have any advice to newbies (and i still consider myself to be one) it's to take jelqing very slowly at first and BE GENTLE! i'm really beginning to hate jelqing myself.

Started warming up and messaging lightly while erect. Applying Vit E cream do any good in anyones opinion? Stuff says its for younger looking skin. I would assum it would contract the skin or does it just help heal it? Would some neosporin help the healing process any?

We'll see how it goes. I want this crap to go away so bad. Everytime I look at my dick I'm like.. man I fucked up. :(

sorry dude, but i doubt vit. E will do anything at all. it only helps heal small wounds and i actually read somewhere that it's not the best thing for unbroken skin. like i said: fibrinn is your (our) problem

Rise from the dead thread.. :D

My round, ugly looking veins aren't as bad looking as they used to be, so things are slowly improving.

I want to get back into PE really bad. I'm thinking about hanging.

My messed up veins are behind my glans. Hanging from my base sound like an alright idea?

First, let me qualify what I am about to say: I know nothing about thrombosed veins; and I am not attempting to spam any products. With that said, I would suggest that you look at a supplement called serrapeptase or serraflazyme. They are names for the same supplement: an enzyme from a silkworm that helps eat away at dead tissue (like fibrin). The silkworm uses it to break free from the cocoon. It is supposed to help remove scar like tissue, among other benefits. I use a maintenance dose to help keep my arteries clear of plaque. Good luck!
