Erect Strteches

Anyone ever try these? have any routines.

Now, by stretches, I don't mean bends. I mean grabbing it and pulling up down and to the sides without bending the shaft..I've been experimenting and it feels great....

The paysite I joined when starting my pe career recommended stretching while erect just as you described. I agree it feels good, I just can't get that much of a stretch from it...

I'm curious if stretching while erect would actually help head girth. I notice after my stretch sessions, that the head of my penis is large for flaccid state. My thought is that as I stretch I'm capturing blood in the head while I hold behind it and pull. Any thoughts anyone. And yeah, those who have done it, what do you think of erect stretches?

Erect stretching is pretty cool but it is very hard to get a great grip, even with my usual gym shorts glove that is oh-so grippy.

I still do these simply because they feel so great. I like to do them right before sex because after a set I feel at my longest. To deal with slip I have bought stock in Johnsons Baby Powder:) I swear by it. As far as gains doing erect stretches they fall very short of the gains I get from Blasters so they play a small role in my program now but I still like to do them once and in a while.

DLD I feel honoured that u replied! I'll try them before sex too...see what my new girl thinks!...I think you're right on when it comes to size though cause she thinks I'm huge...and I'm barely 7.5...and she's very experienced!

Dld you are a genius. I have used the baby powder too, works great. As for erect stretches i do about an hour of these at night. I do them in all 8 directions. the souths are a bit hard though I have noticed so i usually just pull at a little less than straight forward. Women sometimes have a hard time deciphering penis sizes. Way back in high school a girl claimed i was 8". Well word travels fast and soon it came back to me. Nope not 8", but 6 3/4. Now i am a little over 8" and it feels great. Although many dont share the life altering secret of pe i share it with almost everyone, except the women of course. they dont need to know that we are growing our dick. Aiming for 9" by february.
