Hi.
I want my penis to have more girth, particullarly on midshaft to the top-glands included.
So girth gains on the base better not be.
I don't want to gain length and also I don't want to lose the hardness of my penis when erect.
What should I do to achieve?

amok, you're best bet would probably be horseshoe bends or ulis, but each of these are advanced moves that can easily damage an out of shape dick. You don't give your pe history, so I assume by this being your first post you are a beginner. I recommend you do a search on these two specific topics, read all the info you can and ask about things you don't understand, and if you decide to proceed, do so with utmost caution, easing into the moves to avoid injury. Oh, and more length in not way, shape or form will cause you to lose erection strength, so don't be afraid to have at it if this is your only concern.

I don't want length because I don't happen to like it although I also hold my concern about your statement.

Amok, with no pe experience, I'm very reluctant to recommend any advanced moves as most require a good deal of pressure and will almost certainly cause you injury.
I think this one is fairly safe. Get an erection. place your thumbs on the top of your shaft, with your finger tips underneath. Squeeze them together and hold for a few seconds. Relax and repeat, many times. You are trying to create pressure in the blood storage chambers in your penis shaft, and move the blood outward, causing the cells to expand. Imagin a long thin balloon filled with water. if you squeeze it, it expands outwards. This is what you are trying to accomplish.

What do you mean on the "top" of the shaft?Squezze together the thumbs?Can you explain more?Remember I haven't done this before.
If I do this will it help me later to try the advanced moves and if so how long will it take?

Amok, you are squeezing your thumbs and fingertips together...
Take your left hand. Make the shape of the letter C, with your fingers being the top of the C, your hand being the side and your thumb being the bottom. Now squeeze the top of the C towards the bottom. See what I mean?
Now, do this on your penis, only you will have your thumb on top and your fingers below to make things more comfortable... As you squeeze your penis, make sure you move your hands to a new spot each time so you are getting even pressure throughout your shaft.
I gained my initial 5/8" in girth with this move... You may not need to advance any further. I suggest you keep reading and learning as you are working on these.
Should I use only one hand or both together(above you said thumbs).If together should they close each other or be applied at different spots of the penis?
When I will change spot will I let loose on the process to move my hands or retain the squeeze?
How many hands depend on how long your shaft currently is. If you have the room, use both. Yes, you let up the pressure/squeeze when you move to a new spot.
I think I got the meaning of this.
It would be great if you apply me a brief routine I should do daily as I saw how here it happens.
Remember it's my first time so take it easy.
I would recommend you do about 5-10 minutes of this per day to start with, and about 5 seconds per squeeze. You will need to stay above 75% erect for it to be effective. Squeeze lightly until you get the hang of it, then adjust the pressure as you see fit. So much of PE is based on individual feel, which I can't help you with. Good Luck.

Rb I have tried your excercise but I have a difficulty. When I am erect my penis is very hard and I find it impossible to squeeze it on the shaft.Even if I squeeze strong I see no ballon change, it's like squeezing a rock, let be that I have a little pain on the penis at the max strength of my hand squeeze.
What should I do?
Use the forefinger and thumb of one of your hands to make a ring around the base of your erect penis, and clamp it tight. As your erection subsides, release your clamp somewhat while at the same time pump more blood into your penis by doing a kegel, then clamp tight again. Do this a few times, and your penis should be swollen as if erect, but not hard. While keeping the blood clamped in, use your free hand to do the squeezing. Good Luck.

Kegel should be the contraction of the muscle that stops the flow when pissing?
If yes I have to work on this to figure how I could use it to engorge blood into the shaft.
Any ideas-tips for quick getting of this?
By the way now your excercise is very similar or same if you like with sadsaks, right?
