Is this a good way to go about PE? I know it worked for DLD, but has anybody else tried it? If so, what were the results like? Its just difficult finding the time to do an hour of PE every day. Especially when I have to get up early every day.

I remember reading someone saying you have to make the time by staying up later or getting up earlier, but can anybody relate to how difficult it actually is?

I've been trying to do 7 on 0 off so I can hit my original goal of 6 inches by 5 inches (currently 5.85 inches by 4.85 inches)...

You might hit that goal with that routine. I wouldnt think you'd get much farther and would probably plateu pretty quickly though. That is if youre doing really intense girth exercises like I am ...mostly squeezes. I'm on a one on one off routine. 30-45 minutes a day. Be careful with overtraining. I'm sure others will chime in on this.

When I started PE I did a very intense routine every day and gained nothing for 3months. It wasn't until I began to take rest days that I finally gained..

I definitely over worked my penis.......and it didn't like it....didn't grow.

Use your best judgement...if the thing is sore, wornout and tired feeling, give it a rest for a few days...rest is when growth occures...some, like DLD, recover faster than others...when I was PEing intensely looking for growth, I did a 2-3 days on, 1-2 days off...worked for me but it took me a while to find out the best for me...experiment and find what works for you...

Also note that excess penile fatigue can lead to temporary ED.

Like everyone is saying listen to your body...EVERYONE is different. When I started PE I took no days off but I also gradually worked up to the intensity I use. I always listened to my body and backed off when things did not feel right. During the mid point in my program I felt as though my penis could take alot so my workouts became insane...as I strarted to reach some of my initial goals I started to work smarter...less time, but the time I did pe was smart...Still I am 7 days on none off.
