Just a general observation... if it's not been said already.

When I workout... I usually come home and Jelq afterwards. And I find I have harder and better erections for sure and don't lose them nearly as easy as when I don't workout.

Plus you're working out, getting healtier and losing pubic fat ;)

So honestly, get to the gym, run around the block, etc...

But when you're working your body, you're helping it as a whole.

Very true, I notice that after 40 min of hard cardio in the evening, I get much harder morning wood! That makes it all worth the effort!

Excercise and blood flow go hand in hand. I started a thread a week ago about a jelq technique I do called the "Sumo" where I actually hold my self in a squatting position. RB mentioned he had read somewhere that after squats, blood flow increased dramatically to your genital area. I agree, the more excercise I do (frequencey through the week) the better my erections.

puff
