I know some have lectured me that I should be thankful for the gains that I've got so far but compared to some at this forum I move at a snails pace. I'm going for 9" x 7" NBPEL and the end of this month will mark 6 months of PE for me with only weekends off and monday through friday being brutal days with 2 hours or so in the bathroom each night. I started out with 8 and for all my work it seems like .25" of NBPEL is all I have to show for it. My girth hasn't done shit! I swell up very good for several hours after PE in girth but when I measure after taking Sat and Sun off the gain is gone... I'm going to really hit the bends and increase the jelq reps for the next month and see what happens. Expect some posts from me...

Personally, I would suggest you take at least 2 weeks off and let your dick heal a bit from what you've put it through the past 6 months.
My schedule is 5 days on 2 days off and after every three weeks, I take a week off.
In about 14 months, I've gone from 6.25 pb erect to 8.25 pb erect and from 5 girth to 6.
Give yourself time to rest and then start up again. You might be surprised at the gains you will get.

RWG Things will happen...For some people it is a longer process. What is your current workout? 2 hours is a great amount of time to have, so this is good. Let me know.

RWG, I tried PE on and off for over 3 years with no results. I was doing the exercises exactly as they were described by tha pay site I had, but I just had to learn to get the right "feel to it". Is your dick pumped up to a temporarily bigger size immediately after a PE session? For me, the gains started to come as soon as I could get a nice .25 girth gain after a jelq and squeeze workout. Also try uli's for girth if you haven't.

Thanks for the good words... I"m in the bathroom an easy two hours and while the gains I've experienced have been nothing close to yours or RB's (or many of the other members on this forum) I have made some small ones in the size dept.. I keep having to remind myself that my major goal / gains are beyond what I thought ever possible and for that I'm oh so thankful.
I really have to thank you for letting me know about the DLD blaster, this exercise alone is doing things for me *faster* then anything else I've tried to date.. Now my routine is as follows.
Warm up (most times)
Blasters, 100 count pulling up and 50 on a 5 count going straight down exactly as described by you and I REALLY CAN FEEL IT! followed by about 20 to 30 minutes of stretch.
3 to 400 jelqs followed by 10 minutes in the pump @ 2 - 5 HG followed again by 200 to 250 jelqs and another 20 minutes with the pump and last of all 50 jelqs.. This whole process can take an easy two hours sometimes more...
I can tell by the way things have felt this last week that I'm doing PE that will get me gains.. I didn't think my erections could get any harder but the other night I was going to try a measurement and I couldn't even straighten out the end of the trout to get that extra .75 on the ruler..
Your help has been a great tool for me and others to use and the gains you have had (and proved) serve as a testimony to myself and others that smart hard work pays off... I will get my standing 9"NBP unit and I have no doubt about it...
I have to admit that even though I considered my workouts as harsh I could have put more pressure into the jelq and pulled harder on the stretch, now that I'm doing it I have considered the last almost 6 months just training my trout to get ready for PE and am starting the clock over to the first part of this week.. I'm excited about this and am excited about getting a camera and posting some pics (as long as they are not next to yours LOL)...

maybe 2hrs is too much, i know that i was gaining slowly (slightly faster than you are) with about 1h30 a day 5 days a week, so i took two weeks off over xmas, then went back at it with a differant mindset, 15mins HARD strech, 15-20 mins HARD jelqs and ulis, i have recently cut out almost all the jelqs and just hit the ulis hard, im getting so much more out of these shorter sessions, if i didnt keep getting interupted id probably be able to cut my sessions down to 20mins.

Checking in again... "NEVER GIVE UP" is my battle cry when it comes to PE... My new routine has slightly changed... I'm doing some new things (experiemental shit) and now have a trainer, so we will see how it goes...
I"m still using the pump but have cut my time down to 5 minute sets... I"m spending more time working on stretching, especially dialing in the DLD Blasters.. In June I will be at my one year aniversary and today I only have about .25" of length to credit PE with.. My premature ejaculation dragon has been slayed and I will never forget that it was that problem that led me to this very forum and the great people who have helped me... I have had very small size gains but there is no doubt in my mind this shit does work because I'm a quarter of an inch longer then I was when I started... Well, back to work...

You will make those gains RWG...Your attitude has always been incredible and I always looked up to you and your committment. I remember when you first came to the forums saying, "I don't care about gains at all, all I want is to fix my premature ejaculation problem." You have! plus you have gained .25" of Cock this is just a bonus on the cake. You have a huge rod or should I say trout to begin with (your starting size was off the scales) so that is also a great bonus. I know you will make the gains. It will just take a continued effort on you part, which I have no doubts about. It will also take finding the workout that is perfect for you...which we are working on. I have met more than a few people who have not made any gains during their entire time PE'ing. until they found the one exercise they were lacking. I hope soom of these men chime in here.

After 8 hard dedicated months of PE I've finally noticed something substantial enough to mention... I'm keeping the numbers to myself and will report at the end of June of this year... All I can say is that I'm gonna owe someone BIG TIME! I'll keep ya-all posted...
