Hey guys,

I have been doing pan squeezes for 6weeks now and I love them. For the last week (or so) I have been doing them fully erect. WOW! What a difference it makes. I can feel the tunic stretching.

This is how I do my pan squeezes:

~I do mine standing. The counter in my bathroom is at the perfect hight. I get an erection. Take a good hold on the base with my left hand. Place my penis down on the counter.(put a tissue on the counter so my skin doesn't "stick" to the counter surface) Then I put the heal of my right hand down on the exposed shaft of my penis and lean my weight down putting pressure on the shaft. I then shift the heal of my palm slightly from left to right. I am always VERY carful and very aware of how my penis feels while doing these. I hold this for 30sec, then release. I generally do 10 of these, but I may be moving up to 15 next week.~

Has anyone else tried these fully errect?

Yes, I do all erect moves now and have only gained since doing this. I do pans, horseshoes ( mine does bend like a horseshoe so I see no confusion in the name), and fully erect "A" stretches.

How long have you been doing them fully erect and how much have you gained?

sorry to slow things down, but what is an A stretch?
