This is my first post to any board.
I dont know if I will post much in the future or if i wont. But I will say what I see to be occuring. This is especially for hard gainers. Instead of More is MORE, reality may be LESS is more. I just read a post saying a gay hasnt gained in 15 months and he hasnt taken a day off for more then 4 to 5 days and usually jelqs almost daily for 50 minutes.
Hmm.. I jelqued for about a year and gained nothing pretty much. Instead of doing MORE, Im Re starting and DOING LESS.
Instead of 5 days a week, how about EVERY other day or 2 on 1 off etc. Maybe only 3 days a week etc? Shit, if it hasnt worked from the MORE IS MORE approach cut the hell back and try that.
As it is with body building. I lifted for over a year and didnt gain much of shit. It wasnt my routine that was flawed, it was my NUTRITION that was flawed. So for whatever reason ur cock isnt growing, you need to figure it out and i would have to think that for me at least... Less is MORE.
I have actually gained with this new method of Every other day or even 1 every three days. But the workout must be quality. I personally recommend the power jelq.
Later and good luck to all

Welcome to the board, and very good advice!
This is sooo true. Each individual needs to find what works for them. For me, less is more. I only pe around 30 minutes a day. If I go longer, my gains slow.
In my opinion NO ONE should be going longer than 6-8 weeks without seeing some sort of gain if what you are doing is what you're body wants. Don't be afraid to try new routines. If you've been going heavy and long, try short and sweet. Mix it up. Take DLD for instance. He's been pe'ing for over 1.5 years, comes up with a new move out of the blue and adds almost a freaking inch of cock in 4 weeks! (not sure what his exact gain was, but it was huge...) .
I worked with gains for 9 months, took the 10th off, had gains the 11th and hopefully the 12th, if not, I will change things again and keep on trying to find the sweet spot. Your penis adapts, and so must you...

good posts gents, I think less is better, already my flaccid seems longer and fatter. I do 3-4 jelk sessions per week, no more than 30 min per workout!

RB, I read in this forum or thunders that usually ppl give up in 3 months after doing a certain routine. But they don't know that their gains are going to start to show right after the 3 months. I don't know which way is right 3 months is a long time to see if it's working or notl.
I can only speak for my personal experience, but thank God that I saw results in my first month, otherwise I'm sure I would have been terribly frustrated.

NO, NO, NO!! I refuse to accept that less is more. It simply MUST be difficult. It must be nearly impossible. Less is out of the question! So there. That should justify my making it hard, shouldn't it? Ha!
Charlie, you just described my golf game to a tee... :)
Perfect example, I get to the top and just want to fucking kill the ball, instead of swinging smoothly... It goes nowhere. I swing smooth, and it's straight as an arrow and out of sight... go figure.

I say penis nelargement is a gamble, everyones scholng reactes differently. For me i take after dld and workout hard everyday just about. Do i see no gains or slowed gains? Not in the least. I see massive gains and am getting a scanner here soon to show my bef and af pics. And rb is right about golf, just like with hacky sack you must stay calm. The power freaks suck at these kind of games unless they learn to keep calm.

hey blackoutman, hows it goin now? its been a while, ill assume that if you dont respond then you gave up on pe and so had no use for this board anymore, if you did then, your loss, if not, good luck and i hope you get your gains, i have so much respect for those people that work their asses off and get nowere, but keep going, its so much more rewarding in the end.

I know that this sounds crazy, I have been PE'ing for about a month and was doing well on the UK site, Pridepenis. Gained a half inch in that first month. Just as I posted my progress DLD comes on the site and shows some stuff which I added to my routine today, and boy do Isee a better workout. I just finished today's workout and my buddy feels warm, but way more pumped. I for one know that the gains are possible, even for an old guy of 63, I've seen them.

I look at it this way...If I am not gaining... so what? I wouldn't be if I wasn't PEing either...So why quit? At least if I am trying.. there is a chance I might do something that makes me grow.. My point is if your not PEing your definately not going to gain, but if you are PEing there is a much greater chance you stumble across that perfect routine or exercise that finally makes that ruler shorter.. Why quit you have everything to gain, and nothing to lose...

I agree with you Degarmo if you dont pe then you have no chance of gaining, however after about 9 months pe including 5 months hanging and with just a 1/4 inch length and girth gain i sometimes find it hard to stay motivated. I often even wonder whether i have even gained that or whether i am just making myself belive i gained so i dont feel quite so bad. When i first started pe i found the strain to be tough on my penis but you know what its a hell of alot tougher on your mind, working so hard and not seeing results is a killer. Good luck to all you fellow hard gainers out there, cheers,
jackthelad
