a question for mods/admins?

Inquiring minds (mine at least) would like to know if peforum contains any type of videoclip archieve which shows how to perform the exercises correctly. I don't think there is but I might have missed it. If there isn't, I would like to volunteer myself to shoot a full series of video clips (once I get my webcam for x-mas) as I think I have mastered them all over a long period of time and believe that many newbies still dont get the idea with a lot of them such as the horseshoe bends, bruiser 180's, and DLD's bends with the rolling motion. If interested, please reply in this thread or send me a private message as I think this is one area where peforum could be GREATLY improved and I would love to help.

I think it would be great to have an archive of movie clips that show the proper method for each exercise. Sometimes it's difficult to make it clear with only words. You know, a picture is worth a thousand words. It could be located inside the "members only" section so outsiders could not view.

Newbes should support this Idea, and that would be very good also for me, because i am seriuosly don´t know if i do the exercices in the right way.....

I'm definately doing it. I didn't get nearly the response that I thought I would, but even so, I'm gonna make a thread in the members section with the instructional videos. BTW, I won't have my webcam until x-mas so there'll be a little bit of a wait.

I think that it is a very good idea. I for one would benefit. I would also like to see someone demonstrate hanging with the bib hanger (how to attach, using the wrap, etc.). I want to purchase one, but I would like to see how to attach the underwrap and exactly how it is worn. Again, very good idea.

As long as it doesn't use up Big Al's server space, I don't see why not. Would be no different than a pic link. If it goes over well, I'm sure a sticky or two could be arranged :)

Nice, I actually broke down and bought a webcam tonight. Assuming I can get everything up and running I will have these movies up by the end of the week. Isn't there like a 500 kb limit to attached files though? I don't know how long of a clip I can get but guess we'll find out very soon. I definately plan on doing clips for the following exercises

1.Jelq
2.Flacid stretching
3.Uli
4.Horse 440 Squeeze
5.DLD Bends (With the rolling motion that so many people don't understand. This is my favorite exercise.)

I also may shoot clips for

1.Vacuum Pumping
2.Bruiser 180's, 360's (I don't THINK I have these perfected quite yet)

I can't shoot anything for the bib hanger as I don't have one (sorry), appreciate the feedback though. Any other important exercises I left out or other feedback?

Very good idea, especially for things like bends and a few of the stretched which seem difficult to understand through text.
