About how many jelqs per day can be done without overworking (5 days a week)? What are the signs that you are overworking?

Your tolerance may increase as you go but 200-300 three sec strokes seems a good starting point. Signs of over work are:
less than optimal sexual erections (this is temporary).
bruising, pain and LACK OF GAINS. that is right more is not always better in PE.

Hey I've just started doing PE. I never new it worked until I found this site and seen so many people talking about it. But anyway to the jelqing, I don't count my strokes I normally just go for 10 minutes and then stretch. Should I count to be more precise?

It doesn't matter whether you use time or # of strokes, just try and be consistent.

it depends very much on what your tolerance is, jelq until it no longer feels confortable. as you jelq more it will gradually become easier and you will become more "in tune" with your dick and you will know when to stop. eventually the only thing that will stop you is your hands hurting or lack of time.

I'd start out with 300 or so jelqs. Start out at the base of your dick- right where it goes into your body since the erectile tissue DOES go past what you can grab, you want to work as much of it as possible.
You'll know you can up the intensity/time/repetitions by noticing a few things:
1. You have developed a rhythm to jelqing and can do it half asleep (I've drifted off to sleep while jelqing and quickly awaken during a set).
2. Your penis just feels unfatigued. If you exercise or do sports you'd know what I mean. If you lift weights for example, over time you could do say 20 repetitions with a dumbell that you could barely do 5 repetitions with when you first picked it up. Your dick will also feel like it can be worked a bit more.
3. You've noticed some progress. For me it's been a darker penis color, harder erections and the ability to hold them longer, and having veins sorta stick out a bit when you're done with a jelq session.
So basically, if you stick with it and take it slow in the beginning, your dick will not feel fatigued then you can up the reps or intensity.
Now if only my length would see results :mad: :mad: :mad:
