I was wondering what would be some good exercises to add once I have completed couple of cycles of advanced Length and Girth routine form For Men Only site.

That would depend on how you do gainswise with the length/girth routine. If you show a tendency towards greater gains with high volume work, then you'd want to try something like "R's routine"; if you gain better with high intensity training, then something like the PNF routine would better suit you.

Where would I find R's routine I know from FMO site which I am member, about R's Jelq routine and this routine that R followed other than Jelq and what exercise are associated with PNF routine.

R's routine is the jelq based routine found in FMO/forsize, as is the PNF routine. Check in the Advanced Routines section.
