I've been working at this pe for about a year now and have no results to show for it.
I've tried stretching in just about every direction with plenty of force and jelqed countless
amounts of times.
I started out jelquing about 45 min a day for 3 months. Nothing. Then
I threw in about 30 min of stretching with this. Another 3 months nothing. The rest of the
year I spent experimenting, still nothing.
I've tried making a hanger but it was very uncomfortable. I couln't even put it on with out
something pinching or what ever.
I really have no idea what the fuck I'm doing wrong. I've been jammed with a 5.25" EL prick
for as long as I can remember. I'm sorry for bitching, but I hate wasting all this time on these
exercieces without seeing any results.
Can you guys help me out? I would be willing to try any routine or what ever.
How many days per week were you jelqing the first 3 months? Then the additional 3 months after w/ stretching included?

Take a 2 month break. It seems to me that you started out with too much exercise. I cannot rule out that maybe you don't undestand the jelq but I doubt it. 45 min jelq a day without regular rest days? as a starting routine? Again, take 2 months off, when you start again 30-40 min tops jelq. do 70% erect with strokes duration of at least 3 seconds. stretching why not try the dld blasters or just fatiguing the pc before your stretches then periodic reverse kegles during the stretch. Maybe you just got a tough dick, it seems that from a poll about gains here I got the impression that about 10-12% don't get gains. But I guess that means that 90% or so do get gains. I recommend working our mon, tue, wed, off thurs, fri, sat, off sunday (5/7 days). I have seem many stories about guys like you that never rested did too much, never gained but quit, came back with minimal routine and got gains.

-For the 1st three months I jelqed almost everyday. I took about a total of 5 days
off.
Then the additional 3 months after w/ stretching included?
-For the 2nd 3 months I stretched and jelqed 6 days a week.
Thanks for the advice luvdadus. I see what you are saying about rest days.
About fatiguing my PC, I never did Kegels or worked my PC, could that have
something to do with zero gains?

I've always said, "Do Kegels and PC exercises, even if you don't do anything else." Kegels and PC exercises are paramount in increasing blood flow (hence expansion) to your unit and serve as a foundation for all other exercises. Lack of PC exercises has likely contributed to your lack of results, IMO.

Try DLD blasters and erect bends. Bend hard too, just make sure you dont break it. These are the only two things that have gotten me any gains. I went 2 1/2 years with no gains. With these excercises I am starting to see some base girth, and length has increased about .25.'' Nothing startling, but enough to make me believe the stuff does work. Also, if you smoke or dip, stop. Personally I think PC excercises are good for erection hardness, but I dont think not doing them is holding you back from gains. I also doubt it is from over training. Stop jelqing, and focus on bends, blasters, and maybe a few ulis or horse squeezes. Also do a search and read my thread on hard gainers and tunica strength. I dont know what the thread is titled but it is in there somewhere.
Most of all though keep researching and keep experimenting. Different things work for different people.

I went for years on and off without any gains. I have only done serious girth work, nothing that really focuses on length. I can say that I finally made some progress when I tried "advanced exercises" Jelqing did nothing for my girth, the firth time I made a measurable gains was shortly after I added Uli's. Then I added Horse 440 and Bending. The gains kept coming. Different penises react to different stimulus, gotta keep changing things up and adapting.

Well school let out about 3 weeks ago so I've finally had the chance to get some good PE in. My routine consists of stretching and erect bends. I spend about 20 min at a time doing one or the other, for a total of about 3-5 hours a day. At first it did look promising, I measured about 1/4 inch larger in length. Then all of a sudden the length went away but girth increased slightly. Has anybody else experienced this? I would really prefer length gains right now, but I have no problem with adding on some girth. I have slowed down because I of a cold and that's kind of when my length "converted" to girth. Are there any people out there who find length gains very difficult that have any advice? Does anybody think getting a hanger would solve my problem?
