View Full Version : newbie question...

I just started this week doing a regimented/serious PE routine...everything seems to be OK as far as getting used to it - my head looked seriously tattered for a couple days but that's going away with decreased jelq pressure/reps.

My question is this: I've noticed my flaccid stretch seems to be getting longer - I know I haven't made any gains & I'm not measuring yet...but it seems it stretches further then before - is this normal/to be expected?

My routine has been simple so far...hot wrap - followed by manual stretches - DLD blasters - circular stretches & 50 light jelqs (taking things slow & trying to get the proper form down). I plan on adding hanging starting next week.

thanx!

I'm not sure that it is to be expected after only 1 week, but it sure would be a welcome finding. be careful not to "imagine" gains only to be let down by the ruler later and end up quiting for the wrong reasons. Avoid getting obssessed with gains and your dick so much that you overtrain and either get an injury or imagine one. (a common one is so called newbie pe related erectile dysfunction - which so far has been all psychological).

thanx! I'm not really worried about gains right now...more getting used to doing this and doing it correctly - it's kinda weird when you're first starting.

I was curious if mebbe I was doing something wrong like putting too much pressure on the shaft and causing it to stretch instead of getting the ligs (I can feel the ligs getting sore but wasn't sure). I'm fortunate that I haven't had the dysfunction thing...I masturbate after every session (I'm only PE'ing once a day though).

Many thanx for your reply and for all the info you guys contribute and share - it really is great for someone just starting to have all this knowledge available.

Have you ever tried a couple of months abstaining from ejaculation after PE? I ask because I seem to have had better results (length and girth) when I dont jack off after PE. I will try to wait an hour or two, but most of the time I end up PEing again in two hours.
I know when I began messing around with PE last May, it was very difficult and I "had to" get off almost every time. I guess I've just developed some control and it seems like gains have accompanied that control.

shortwide - I just started on a real program...so I dont' have a couple months in yet :) I'm gonna try to hold off on blowing immediately after my routines though and see what happens...that's gonna be tough - I feel like I'm gonna explode afterwards!

I'm really excited about this whole thing...so I've gotta keep myself in check to make sure I get the proper form of the routine down instead of going wild.

Thanx for your advice!

the reason you look bigger flaccid is probabally that your dick is recieving more blood flow than before, vets will know that the day after a heavy session their dick will still look "pumped" this is probabally what you are getting.

the reason you can pull your dick out further could be due to your ligs loosening up.

here are the two bits of advice that i will remember long after my pe career is over, forgive me i forget who said them, but they are from this board or thunders:

"if you do what you always did, you'll get what you always got."
"gainers never quit, and quitters never gain."

Thanx! I'm starting to actually like doing PE...if for nothing else the extra blood flow to my unit feels pretty good...I'm starting at 5.25-5.5 inches EL(haven't gotten a really recent measurement - gonna do that tonight)...and there's no stopping until I hit 7.5! :)

I was going to start hanging this week...but I'm having trouble getting the bib starter to fit - it's gonna take some more tweaking. With the manual stretches and jelqs I'm moving pretty slowly - started off with 50 jelq's a day last week - up to 75 this week - going to stay at that incriment pace until I get really used to it and get a better idea of what I can handle...and my hands get fairly tired after a bit - they need to build up as well :p

thanx again for all the info on this site.

sja ........love the motto! now where have i heard that? hmmmm..

want...newbies usually start at 300 jelqs but its good that u r giving yourself more prep time....

slower jelqs seem to work better the2,3,4,or 5 second jelqs

do i take it that one of those mottos is your loose? which one i was thinking of putting those two as my signature but i figured i should find out who origionally posted them first.

and one more thing to wanttolearn, as you become more "into" pe, i would suggest that you do not count every jelq and time every strech as this leads to pe becoming a chore, just do as much as you feel you can safely do then stop. i stopped counting after about month 2, now i do it roughly by time, ie approx 15mins streching, approx 15mins jelq ulis.

good luck 2" growth shouldnt be too hard, im not saying its easy, but its definately do-able.

Loose, how many seconds do you recommend one jelq movement to be?

I usually try to get them 2-3 seconds per jelq.

loose aint been around for a while from what i remember. the general idea is slow jelqs are more intense, 3 seconds is a good time.
