Hello,
!!!Warning!!! Extremely Dangerous Erect Technique.
Only for Veteran nut-balls.

I have been doing something for about a month that leaves the base of my penis at the site of the suspendatory ligament attachment very sore and it only takes a couple of minutes.
I do this exercise while squating.

1) When fully erect, grab the base of the penis like you would grab a handlebar with one of your hands. Your thumb and forefinger should be pressed firmly up against your body. You are basically making a fist around the base of your penis.

2) Grab the end (or what's left) of your penis with your other hand and make a fist around it. The thumb and forefinger of this hand should be facing away from the body.

3) With both hands (very gently at first) push down hard while you are doing a reverse keggal. Keep the penis level. Imagine you are trying to push your penis down to the ground (separating it from your body) while keeping it level.

It gets worse. Only proceed if you are a little crazy.

While doing the above, do an upward or downward erect bend with hand number 2. If you push down HARD with hand number 1 while doing a reverse keggal and do a downward erect bend with hand number 2 you will get a stretch you will remember.

You can also push or pull to either side or pull strait out to hit different ligs or the same ligs differently.

Oh, I will not be offended if this post is pulled but although this exercise is danger cubed I have had no sign of injury or acute pain. I am however very experienced and I can imagine the worst with a newbie.

i got some sore ligs just thinking about that, sounds like something i might do at the end of a stretch session, only maybe not so hard, just a way to finish my ligs off for the day.

good idea, any gains with this?

I do something similar with my bends, but I pull up right at the base while bending down with my other hand. It puts tremendous pressure on the base.

you say you can hit the ligs using this? i could get lig feeling from it, but not much, only gave it a quick go, maybe it was becuase id just done a hard session and my ligs were fatigued. besides i have trouble staying errect while streching. good idea though, i think il just stick to what i know.

I do that too. But I feel the most work deep in the base from bending my erect dick using one hand without a tourniquet grip. Grasp underhand and bend in the direction opposite the hand, i.e, using right hand, bend left. Pull out while bending.

Newbies should stay away from all of this.

Hi Guys,

I don't yet know if it has led to gains. I made a lot of changes about a week ago including adding erect bends so it would be hard to tell if this led to gains even if I had measured recently.

Oh I hate to say this but to feel it you have to push HARD. I push with just about all my might. I am applying effort as if I were trying to rip my penis off. Straiten your arms and push with your shoulders. Scary, I know.

ummm, ok that might be why i didnt feel it, i wasnt trying to rip my dick off, mind you, if you measure from the pubic bone to tip, and threw your freshly ripped off dick out the window you could get one hell of a measurement. lol. i dont think this is for me, but if it works for you then keep going. remember to post gains when you get some.

I measured today and I have not gained during the five weeks I have been doing this exercise. I sort of feel like I am harming my child by writing this but it is the truth.
Back to the drawing board.

oh well, good luck on the next one. can i ask, whats wrong with just normal streching? pull really hard and you dont need a new excersise, people underestimate the classics.

Length?
Girth?

Hello,

I am a very slow gainer and I don't have much time to spend on PE (~30min/day, 5 days/week). I am trying to gain length and I don't think I will get very far hanging w/ this short amount of time.

I developed this technique in an attempt to stretch the suspendatory ligament. I did feel a stretch but no length gain followed. I might work for a normal gainer but I probably won't do it anymore because I will probably injure myself if I push harder than I have been.

Absolutely, they are great exercises, but I have put at least a good six months into all of them and I feel confident that I have done them properly. There is a narrow window with the traditional exercises in which I gain, it is just before injury (had a few minor ones) and my penis adapts/has adapted quickly to all of them.

I have my eye on a few all day stretchers; I have not tried that route yet. I also think I have a lot of room for improvement with the Blasters. I think the combination of the two will probably lead to some decent gains for this stubborn pecker.
