I don't mean a very strong pull, but a medium stretch while 90%-100% erect. Today, I was pulling with my thumb and index finger over hand style and I felt a strong lig stretch while doing it. Is this totally ineffective?

Hey mike2002, I did erect stretches for awhile, actually right up until I started doing Blasters. I had some success with gains. Just be carefull.

i find the grips a lot harder to keep while erect, i do get a good strech when about 30% hard, because i cans still keep a good grip, but as i get too hard, i find that just my skin streches. but try it, carefully.

I would think an erect stretch would target the tunica more than the ligs, and I never could get an effective stretch this way. I did do the between the legs type stretch for a while while erect, and i think that could be somewhat effective. This is only my experience though, who knows it may work for you.

No! Why would you think this is even a concern?
