Hi guys,

Haven't posted here for a millenium. Just wondered what with some of the recent posts as to herbal supplements, which of them are okay to use long term.

I hear the concensus of opinion is that anything that increases testosterone levels is gonna end up reducing natural production levels.

In the long term, what can one continue to take and what is best to steer clear of?

if you may have been exposed to the herpes virus then be careful if taking arginine as this can cause it to rear its ugly head if it is dormant in your system, but taking lysine as well is meant to combat it.

gingko is a good one to take, in large doses it can make you a bit nervous, if you take it last thing at night it can make it SLIGHTLY harder to get to sleep.

i dont have any experiance with yohimbe, but the general attitude is it can make you a bit nervous (moreso than gingko i believe).

zinc is good for the male reproductive system so it says on the bottle of zinc pills i have, i cant think of any sideaffects ive heard of from zinc apart from it makes your haird grow faster.

i have had some experiance with lechitin, but unfortunately i had some ED shortly after i started taking it so i stopped, but i dont know if their related.

thats it from me,

Theres a few testosterone raising products that work naturally and don't mess up your own hormone production. They are for body building and I don't know if they would aid PE though. Tribulus and ZMA products are supposed to work good and naturally. Andro is potentially very dangerous and I would steer clear.
