View Full Version : Need help with finding my PC muscle?

From what i understand from my PE document, the PC muscle is located between my anus and my scrotum. And i should be able to find it easily if i take a piss and then stop half way...but when i start squeezing that area i'm not sure which bit is the PC; i'm basically squeezing the area and hoping i'm actually getting the PC muscle!

Anyone got any tips for me?

Whe they say to do a PC squeeze, they don't mean to squeeze it with your hand. They mean to cantract the muscle, this contraction will stop the flow of urine.

When you stop your pee the muscle used to do this is the PC muscle. When you flex this muscle during urination you are doing what is called a keggle. To take you a step further when you are urinating and you pee as hard as you can this is a revrse keggle. I hope this helps.

So basically i can only exercise this muscle whilst i'm urinating?
How do i exercise it like (say) 10 minutes? Surely i don't just drink gallons and gallons of water and sit by the toilet?

PC clamps: squeeze and release, over and over. Start with "sets" of twenty; build to a
hundred or more (I recently did a single set of 500 during a car trip). Do at least 200 PC
clamps a day. Every day! For the rest of your life!

Long squeeze: hold PC muscle clamped tight for a count of twenty... or as long as you
can.

Stair steps: tighten and loosen in increments. l
PC flutter: tighten the PC muscle as slowly as you possibly can. At some point it will
"flutter," and you'll feel energy sparkling up your spine. Concentrate on deep, slow
breathing while you do this - great for restoring energy when you're running down!

This is only a reference point to locate the PC muscle. The same flex can be done without urinating.
