You may wanna look into the Enlarger Strap (www.enlargerstrap.com) as well. I've got one on order...a guy in the main forum claims it helped him gain some length. It's much less expensive and looks a lot more comfortable to wear than the JES/Penistretcher and accomplishes the same thing...all day (or close to it) stretching.
