for those of you using thera-band for an ADS or for wrapping, what color are you using?? And where can you get that stuff besides online?

Oscar, I did this early in my program. I used the standard ACE brand bandage. Any medical supply place should have them. If you live in the States and CVS carries them. Be carefull to periodically (every 30 minutes or so) undo the wrap, return circulation and rewrap.
