View Full Version : Beginner's Guide/Plan

I've read up a lot on jelqing over the past few weeks and tried out a few of the techniques. I'd like to get to PEing before this weekend, my goal is to grow an inch in 6 months for some good summer fun but I'm not sure how possible that is. I have a few questions I'd like to get squared away in hopes that I can have a successful PE career to look forward to.

1) Could anybody introduce me to a solid plan? I am overwhelmed with all the different techniques being applied so it's kind of frustrating as a beginner to sit down and mess around with all the assortments. If somebody could lay a little groundwork for me, how much I should do of each technique per day, etc, it would be really helpful. So far the favorites to me seem to be actual jelqing for girth/length, dld-blasters for length, and dld-horshoes/bends for girth. Of course I read up about uli's, regular stretching techniques, dry jelq, weights, etc... I'd really just like a solid and effective plan to get me started and see results as soon as possible. I don't expect this to be instant gratification, I work out at the gym as well and I understand the benefits don't come immediately.

2) I'm confused about DLD-blasters because I'm at 6" and it feels just odd attempting to do the A-stretch. Especially when I"m pulling towards my toes... although I checked out the videos and the guy is pulling straight out. Either way I'm not exactly sure how the bend should be applied for maximum stretch bc it's in an overhead diagram, meaning I don't see any angles or directions. Just the concept of one hand pulling and the other arm beneath. I just pulled pretty much straight out creating a "hill" with my arm, not sure whether I should be using it to create any angles... either way I didn't get that super-stretch feeling that everybody else seems to be getting.

3) DLD-bends, I'm not sure I even want to go there, nor do I know how that could possibly work. Ultimately though some clearer explanations of what I should be doing for solid results, for how long, and how to actually apply the maneuvers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance this really means a lot to me. I'm avoiding girls atm because I don't like my size it's embarassing and I know I'm "avg" at 6 inches but all I hear is "size-matters' and i'm stuck on it and i think it's essential towards my prolonged happiness. Happy = good, so thanks again.

First off, 6" is nothing to be embarassed of. It is a great starting point and it's also very easy to please a woman with 6" of dick. Check the personal routines section and you'll find several beginers routines, but you must remember that you have to find what works for you. It's gonna take some time to find the combination of exercises that give you maximum growth. As far as the horseshoes go. Don't try them yet. They are very dangerous. It takes several months of dedicated PE before you penis is ready for most of the advanced moves. Start out with the basics and when you're ready slowly mix in the advanced techniques. Good luck!

Good post 3000gt.

I would say that for a beginner its probably a good idea to start with some light stretching and light jelqing. Slowly working your way up to some more intense strokes, etc. Really try and pay attention to the pump that you get from the jelq session. In other words try and remember to pay attention to whether or not your member stays fat and swollen for an hour or so afterwards.

clandestine, this goal is very possible IMO. The inch extra will be great for summer fun too!

I agree with you, and I felt the same way when I started. Their seemed to be so many different options that I felt anxious. What I did was stick with the basics. I did a solid jelq, stretch and PC routine. As I got used to this I started making adjustments. I feel over time my program gets better and better for me. I have my starting routine listed in the rotines forum along with many other members if you are interested...the only adjustment I would suggest on any of the routines is swapping or adding DLD Blasters.

I am glad you are saying this because I think it is so important to do this exercise correctly. When it is performed correctly the gains are swift. The "A" Stretch may be difficult to do in it's natural form at this point so I would suggest looking up RB's fake arm method. There will also be another stretch posted today by penissmith that may work for you. Loose also has some great "Dual Fulcrum" ideas that may also work. Working toward the natural "A" stretch is a great goal but until then do not get too fustrated with performing the "A" use a modified version. Also if you need any help with this exercise feel free to hit me up.

I would stay clear of these for awhile. They are great ways to really ad some serious girth but as a newbie they may be too dangerous. Jelqing will condition your penis and prepare it for this stage. Like I said above keep it simple and stick to the basics.

I would love you to check this out:

This should help you with your self-confidence and really put things in perspective. It is a very lengthly essay but the benefits of understanding this are important to a good start in your program.

Best of Luck

I recommend that all newbies keep thier program as simple as possible in the beginning. Keep the same program untill no further gains are made then either up the intensity, add time or add new techniques.

Thanks for the beginner's post luvdadus, I'll start on that right away.

As for the DLD implementation, I wager I'd switch that for the stretches. So if I'm actually doing the DLD-blasters and using the fake-arm tactic, do I stretch straight out perpendicular to my body or parallel towards the floor? Also using the fake arm or even my real arm in the a-stretch at what angle do I bend at? Do I use the arm to act as a hill or do I actually redirect over the edge, like over and straight down?

I have been at pe for 14 months. I still get good gains and only use jelqing and static stretches. Look into the jai stretch at thunders. what I do is 100 pc clamps under tension followed by 20-40 thirty second pulls straight out. I do a reverse kegel a couple of times during each pull. This is not classical blasters but uses some of the principles of them. In my opinion the A stretch is a little advanced for a newbie, give youself 3 or 4 weeks before you give it a go. Here is what I got in the last 14 months (2-3 months spent on maintenance or on a rest period at that): start 5.875x4.875, Now 7.625x5.500 (bpel x erect girth).
