View Full Version : DLD Bends-Incredible Girth Gains

This is a repost of the DLD Bend. I could not find the other thread and I a few people were asking about this exercise.
Basically the illustration show the exercise. Gandolf also made a video of the exercise. What you want to do here is this:
Get 100% erect.
Grab penis at extreme base and with other hand grab just under the glan.
Now in a slightly bend the penis in a rolling motion to the space between your hands. This can be done in different directions. For an added punch I like to set up the exercise then compress my hands together slightly ahen engage in the rolling bend.

lol, sorry but that just made me laugh, sounds pretty intense, i might give it a go if i stop getting gains with uli #3's.

it didnt occur to me that it might be a misspelling, i just thought you might be a bit wierd, lol. its just lack of sleep getting to me now.

Thanks DLD for the routine. I think this will be good in the middle of my jelqing session. This is what I understand about it, when you're bending it to the right side, your filling more blood in the left side of the penis. And when you bend to the left, your filling blood in the right side. Am I correct? How many reps and seconds should I do for each side?

Yes Mike2002, I superset these into my jelqing routine at every 100 Jelqs to a total of 7-10 DLD Bends by the end of my session. I also superset a modifield uli after the Bend before I return to my Jelqing. You are also correct of the chamber part. I think another reason these work so well is the rolling motion is unique to itself...no other Girth exercise really addresses this angle of the penis in this way.
