S'up Gents

I've been reading on different sites about the benefits of testosterone as a supplement to PE. The methods differ from something as mild as using a topical testosterone to something as extreme as shooting hGH right into your johnson.

If anyone has used any form of testosterone as a supplement to their PE routinem I'd appreciate it if they weighed in on their success rates.

Well how bad could a topical ointment be?

I'm just trying to find out who's used any of this stuff and what their results were.

im not saying that anything will do you harm, or hinder your progress, but the title "testosterone suppliments" just rang bells for me, test. should only be given by doctors for medical reasons, the best pe supps are:

gigko
arginine
vit c
zinc
lechitin
yohimbe

plus some others that i cant remember now,

That Guy - any time you artificially increase the amount of testosterone in your system you face the potential of excess converting to estrogen (can you say A-cup bra?) and shutting down your own natural test production (bye bye mr woody for a while). That's why BB's take many non-anabolic drugs during a cycle...to prevent/limit those problems.

I hate those creams & prohormone things...

For those considering Arginine:
Please note that you will be able to obtain a greater bodily response if you take Arginine (l-Arginine as sold in the shops) with a glass of water before bedtime.
Arginine is the precursor to Ornithine which promotes the release of growth hormone, a technique used (and little known) by some top bodybuilders.
Human repair systems are quite active during the rest period known as 'sleep', and in using that time to 'push' the process will be of noticeably great benefit.

Currently I take 4g a day, 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night. I picked up a bunch of 1000's from GNC but when I run out, I'm certaintainly going to just purchase the powder.

Would I just be better off taking all 4 pills at night?

During the day the body is not on 'full on' repair mode, it would benefit you most during the night, but as you already seem to be taking a large enough dose at night I don't see why you should alter your schedule.
All bodies respond in a similar fashion, although some have a variation which is widely different to that of the norm, for example: allergies.
You may wish to utilise the full dose nocturnally but I would suggest trying it in order to see if it does produce any noticeable differences.
Were you advised on the dosing you are currently on? Have you chosen this out of your own research? We often determine our preferences without realising it, as can be seen in that some fail to produce 'large' gains even though they follow the program religiously but once altering it just 'because' ('rather do them in the shower', 'almond oil stinks', I'll stagger it over a longer period because it's too painful', etc) find that they have reached _their_ preference with just a little guidance and notice major changes.
Some follow the norm and get there, others take a different route and reach the same destination.
