I'm sure that you've already heard this numerous times, but I wanted to ask what are some different, but good kind of excercises you can do for PE. And if you could, could you explain it, at least a bit? And which of those would be best for a beginner? I very much thank all of you for any help that you can give me.

Be meticulous about your PE program. Don't skip a day if at all possible.
Maintain records, follow your routine (rice placed in a sock and heated for approx. 60 seconds in a microwave is a GREAT way to deliver heat to your penis prior to PE, and visit http://thegrip.com/grip/asp/asp_products.asp
Get the Knee Strap System and/or the Weighted Sleeve System. The weight is good around home and the knee strap system can be worn to work and is so inconspicuous no one can possibly know you are wearing it when wearing loose pants like Dockers.
Both allow for very, very comfortable day long wearing of either a 1 pound weight in the case of the weighted sleeve or the constant pull from the knee strap system.
The Grip peeople also make a pretty good weight hanger, but I think the Bib hanger is as good and is cheaper.
I am a believer of using light weight, or stretching tension, on the penis for many hours per day. Doing so made a big difference for me. On the other hand, I have found it best to PE every other day, as my workouts are pretty intense and vigorous.
Hope this helps.

Well....that's cool. Though, I have no idea how I would even begin using them....are there pictures or texts that can help guide or aid me in that? And what other kind of PE methods are there as well?

Forgot to mention, if you order the products from The Grip people I mentioned above, order one sleeve size SMALLER than you normally would order. Doing so allows for a tighter fit and provides confidence that the sleeve won't "slip off" at inopportune moments.

Check the website link I provided...there are pix there.
As far as other methods of PE goes, there are many. Take your pick, but I am firmly convinced that heavy weight hanging or strenuous jelqing on a daily basis is a mistake... of course that's just my opinion. I think the body needs a day off from a workout, just as bodybuilders take a day off.

One other thing about the weight sleeve or knee strap systems. Take a very sharp medical scissors, like an iris scissors, and cut the smallest hole in the sleeve possible as close as possible to the connecting point of the sleeve to the weight of tension source.
Why do this?
As you wear either of these rigs, as the sleeve stretches, it produces a suction that will pull intracellular lymph fluid into the tip of the penis and form a painless "blister". Vacuum pumpers know exactly what I mean. Making a 1 mm hole allows for normal pressure to be maintained, negating the formation of this fluid "blister" while not at all negating the function of the sleeve.
