Dear Forum Members,

Earlier this month, I pruned several months' worth of posts thinking that our storage capacity was over the limit. This was an error on my part, and I profusely apologize for the lack of valuable information that was lost. I also apologize for the resetting of member's post counts.
I have contacted VenturesOnline to see if we can have the posts and member statuses reinstalled.

I would appreciate ANY feedback from you guys on this ordeal; and for any other drawbacks that you feel that the forum has. Any ideas that you may have for making this forum a better place would be most appreciated.

Sincerely,

Big Al

its fine with me, i think im one of the few that benifitted from the posts being deleted, as far as my status goes, i went from being about 30th in the number of posts then went up to about 10th, because almost all of my posts have been in the last 2 months.

but in fiarness, i dont think too much valuable stuff was lost, especially from the members whove been here a while, the only people who would be affected are people new to the board, and i know that i (and im sure many others) would be happy to explain the techniques that have been posted before again.

no problem, and the board rocks, dont change it.

A lot of people were upset at the amount of valuable info lost. I'm doing my best to retrieve it.

I think there is a lot of valuable info lost. For instance someone could get an injury that hasn't happened for a while and when they do the search they cant find any info on it.

I understand this. That's why we're in the process of retrieving these posts :)
