View Full Version : Recommend me a stretch please!

Argh! I can't take my lack of stretching ability!

I've started PE on the 5 day routine (off Sun. & Thurs. ) on January 1st and since then I have not felt my ligs stretch. I've tried the "A"- stretch but my skin begins to roll over my head when I pull at peak force. I try the fulcrum stretch but that seems to stretch the skin on my shaft instead of the ligs, so that won't help either :( I've tried your basic 2 fingers wrapped behind the head stretch and I don't feel anything either (and I'll use this stretch w/ the JAI routine also).

What stretches are there that might work for me? To give you an idea- my flacid length is about 5 and a half inches (a toilet paper roll ends with half of my head still exposed). So what can I target those ligs with? I want to feel that fulfilled feeling, that you wake up and feel you've had a great stretch. So please help!

Oh yeah, I am pulling straight down when I stretch the above mentioned stretches (because that's what I am under the impression of for doing the DLD blasters/A-stretches, etc.) I will also stretch in other directions with the basic two finger wrapped behind the dick's head stretch too.

where do you grip your dick when streching? try grabbing right at the base. what are you using for grip? use a wash cloth or baby powder. try just normal manual streches, but use two hands and pull hard.

may i also suggest that you take your two off days consecutively, as this should give more time to heal. you dont have to, but its just a a suggestion.

For my primary stretch- I grip like that picture DLD posted for the Blaster routine. While sitting, my dick's pointing down towards the floor and I take my left hand with the palm facing down and grab the back of the head and pull. My thumb is closer to my waist, while my little finger is touching the back of my dick's head. I have baby powder (finally got some more).

I'll try with two hands tonight. It's just that I've heard so many good things about the "A" stretch- but my ligs feel nothing :( Right now I'm more concerned about length than girth. I'm shooting for 8" which means I have 1" to gain so I guess the best way is to stretch, right?
