Okay, I don't know if I measured wrong a while back, but I don't think I did. I did a bone pressed measurement a couple of days ago before getting into my routine and found out I was actually about 6" in length instead of 5 1/2". That was measuring from the furthest that I could go into a girl. Last night I did a very thurough stretching routine before jelquing and I actually did more hot wraps than normal. When my workout was over I was almost 6 1/2" long and 5 1/8" girth instead of the 5" girth I had before! I figured it might actually go back some during the night, but this morning it was the same!
Here's what I did different. On the manuals stretching I used a concept that is important for stretching other ligs as well as muscles. First of all, when you stretch don't put a whole lot of tension on it right off the bat. If you do than the first thing your ligs will do is try to tighten so they don't risk injury. So I started off with very little tension at a full strech and then gently pulled more and more until it was stretching real well. I was careful not to hurt myself. I could actually FEEL the stretching ligs whereas when I did heavy tension from the start all I felt was tension. In this I could watch it stretch more and more. I do believe this had a lot to do with it. Secondly I didn't use set time limits on how much I stretched and when. My routine was:
Hot wrap while doing kegel holds for 4 sets of 30 seconds.
Hot wrap for another 3-4 minutes.
Manual stretching starting light and slowly increasing tension to the point that I can handle without injury, then holding it and moving my penis up, then down, then up, then down, for about 20-45 seconds each way, depending on how I felt. Then I did the same sideways.
Hotwrap for another 3-5 minutes
Jelq for 30 minutes using 3 second strokes at anywhere from 70-90% erection.
Hotwrap for another 3-5 minutes with a little more stretching during that time just to feel a bit more loosened.
That was it and I'm telling you I am EXCITED! Hope this helps. Guess you can call the stretches "Frog in a pot" stretches. Reason being is that it's like slowly turning up the heat of water that a frog sits in. He'll get used too it, not react, and boil to death. This should also be a warning to be careful as to how hard you do pull.
