hello guys!!
i do pe about 4 - 5 month right now, and i still have NO gains ;-(
my penis is just 4.7244 inches full errect in lenght and 4.8 in girth!
i did all kind of exercises, stretch devices like dlds, girth devices like uli, errect bends etc, pc muscle training etc...but nothing that helped, i am sure i do the exercises correctly, because i seen some videos of gandolf, and i do that the same way!!!
i only noticed, that my veins are much bigger, but still no gains!!!
what do u think guys i´m doing wrong? or what i should try?should i take some supplyments?
i am very dissapointed, cause of the investing all the time for pe, but with no any results, my dick is very small that fucking 4.7 inches u guys have in flacid state :(
pls help me!!!!

Ok,
I didn't see how often you exercised. Like how many days off and what number of exercises you preform by repition or set? If you could tell us that, we can get a more accurate picture of what the problem may be.

Does your dick feel worked after you do a session? Is it measurably bigger in terms of girth? Are you resting if your dick feels sore? Are you doing the exercises for enough time?
I am not sure what the problem is, answering these questions might clue us in to what your problem is.

ok thy for answering guys!!
so my routine:
warm up: 5 min with a warm pad
1.) 30 min. of stretching (basic stretch, dld stretch)
2.) 30 min jelqing(erected jelqing 80 %, ULI´s )
i did it not regulary because of the time, but i tried to make it 3-4 time in the week!!! i had some breaks so 1-2 days off!!!
i dont know if thats the cause of no gaining, but i did it not regulary!!!
but latterly i try to do that!!
so to the point of feeling after the sessions:
ahm, i dont know how to describe, but the penis is a little bit bigger than before, but after 10-20 minutes it remains to the
basic state!

maybe 3 or 4 times a week isnt enough, try 5 days a week, followed by 2 days off. your routine sounds good, when you stretch do you pull hard? when you jelq does your penis become darker in colour?
your diet may be reducing your gains, what do you eat in a typical day.

Maybe....i try to do that 5 times a week!!!
when i stretch first i begin with pulling not very hard, than harder at the end than very hard!!!
hmm darker in colourß i dont know, why it should become darker?
what iam eating in a typical day? thats different, not always the same, but every morning i drink a cup of coffee, don´t know if thats matters...
i also do jogging sometimes!!!
so ask more if u need more informations!!!
shuld i make at first 2 weeks off? oder start with the 5 days on 2 days off routine???

your dick should be darker in colour while jelqing because of the extra blood it will recieve. one cup of coffee isnt too bad.
yeah, take 2 weeks off then go with a 5 on / 2 off routine.

people who start smaller (no offence) tend to grow faster in general. so i think going even up to 6" wouldnt be unrealistic.

i dont think that doing no jelqing would be a good idea. if you do not like the veins do less, but its good for circulation, just try 5 minutes light jelqing.

You might want to try RB's routine?
I used the routine of DLD blasters, and 30 minutes jelq all throughout last month and I THINK I gained a bit from it. I don't want to jinx myself beause I don't know how to measure properly. I will just continue to PE until my penis is bigger than a kleenex box or is as big as one. (close to 9 inches, 20 centimeters i think?) I would DLD blast and every day of the week, and jelq on weekdays (5 days) but this month I am all in a mess, and have not been consistent.

I also think you should increase your workouts. For some men, myself being one, daily workout was important to gaining. Your picture looks great, the viens look perfect. After my first 6 months of PE the viens stayed pretty consistant. They have not changed since then too much and I have been at it over 2 years.

Since you are already conditioned, just take it lightly for about 3-4 weeks and then go back to a solid routine.
Do Medium Jelqs 300 repetitions, then mid-heavy (but not so you hurt yourself) jelqs for another 100 reps (total jelqing is 400).
Then do 25-30 reps with DLD blasters- for the last 5 repetitions, stretch as hard as you can pull.
In a month I'd say up it all to your normal routine. I really don't think 2 months will set you back to BEFORE you started. I'd take it lighter than normal for a few weeks liks I said. Then you should be fine. But listen to your body's response to the exercise in terms of how much you should do.

I think the main cause for a hard- or no-gainer is lack of consistency. That's where the money is. If you manage to get in 5 good, intense sessions (I think intensity is more important than duration) a week you'll do fine. Personally I thrived on variation so set up 2-3 different routines (there are enough exercises and variations of exercises to make that happen) and alternate between them. Don't do any one routine more than twice in a row.

Here are a few hints that might help you in your workout:
First:
Instead of the lubricant you are using try almond oil with a few drops of marjoram oil (about 20 drops of marjoram in 50cc of almond oil). Almond oil has a mild warming effect. IMPORTANT: Do test yourself in case you may develop an allergic reaction to an unknown agent if you are unsure if it is safe for you. The easiest way is to dab a few drops behind your ear and ask someone to see if it has reddened, if it hasn't for 48 hours then it should be ok.
Second:
Drink a glass of water before going to bed. Whence you wake you will feel a greater need to urinate. In most cases this causes the penis to swell slightly during the night thus engorging it with a greater volume of blood for a longer amount of time.
Third:
There was a technique I had named the Mehbil (long ago when my nick on the older forums was Leafken) but have since taken to call it Peaks as it was also utilised by another member that had named it so.
It requires a minimum of 20 minutes per session, one or two session a day.
It involves holding the penis with three fingers; the thumb above and the index and middle finger below. You then proceed to slowly masturbate, ensuring that the glans is exposed and that the strokes are slow and travel up and down the shaft as far as possible, paying special attention to the base of the penis (ie: make sure that the down stroke reaches as far down as comfortably possible, do not cause yourself pain, be soft and gentle).
Pay attention to the sensations and as you approach the climax, remember to go slow, stop just before ejaculating (this is why it is extremely important to go slow). Relax for a moment and then continue. It is preferable to stop than to contract (strong hold) the pc muscle at this point then do so, if you find it assists you then contract the pc muscle, but you must persist in the goal to stop and relax.
Do this 10 times per session.
I would highly recommend lightly coating the glans in some oil or long lasting lubricant to prevent its skin from drying up.
If you are concerned with 'Blue Balls Syndrome' that has been associated with similar procedures then I would suggest a full ejaculation at the end of every five day period (ie: 10 sessions at 2 sessions per day).
In your case I would suggest one session at night (during the night the body performs a lot of 'repair' work) and another in the morning, especially if you wake early as testosterone levels are high at around 6am to 7am.
Do continue the Jelq as this will assist you also.
I had submitted a book outlining this method to the British Library some six or seven years ago and it had also included multiple orgasms for men. I am wondering if I should send you a copy (provided I can find the original file). Please let me know if this is ok with you.

Scatterbrain that I am... One other thing that might prove useful is a penis ring that fits snugly at the base of the penis to be worn for a few hours during the day (NEVER at night). Always ensure that you check your penis for good circulation regularly: If the glans turns slightly purple then remove the ring.
This will accustom the penis to a greater flow of blood. I would suggest using the ring if you feel that the gains are not forthcoming as you would expect. Think of it as a future supplement and not an immediate one.

i would suggest goin with the tension stretch.its under the advanced lengthening routine.start off simple,work your way up.follow the guide lines.remember when progressin its intensity over volume.greater increase in reps isnt always the best thing.just will cause fatique to the man hood.intensity will yeild results.make each workout a little more difficult than the last when you get broke in.good luck.

A few things- this is a penis enlargement forum. Coming here and making the statement "this is the only technique that really works :-)" is ignorant- especially when that technique involves "settling" for what you have instead of making a conscious effort to change things to your liking. Most of the men present on this forum are here to learn how to increase the size of their penises. Given the PE information available nowadays, the smartest thing to do is to research all of the possibilities.
Another thing- nowhere in any of GermanNewbe's posts does he mention "Enzyte". There are many legitimate supplements that help improve bloodflow to the penis. The general consensus is that while pills may help, you need to do PE exercises in order to stimulate actual growth.
