ive been horse 440 for a about a month now, it seems like im gonna get the baseball effect, where the base is skinnier than the rest of the shaft
how can i avoid that?

hanging weights off your penis, while mainly a length exercise, does seem to add significant base girth. Or try stretching, but pull to the sides and up and down

I think that bruisers help base girth.

Horses should give you a bulge in the middle but not a real baseball bat effect. Maybe its your jelq or uli technique. Trarction techniques, like manual stretches or hanging can add base at the girth. I think time also tends to even things out some.

i find that my upper shaft is thicker from left to right, whereas my base is thicker from underside to topside. hope thats clear.

YOu didnt state if you jelq or not or are doing the Horse 440s exclusively. If you are jelqing though, and using an underhanded grip...where your palm is facing up and your pinkie is closest to your body during the stroke....that is most likely part of if not the culprit of your problem because youre not gripping as close to your pubic bone as you can. If youre jelqing that way, switch your grip to an overhanded grip where your thumb and index finger press against the fat pad of your pubic bone at the beginning of each rep. I have always pressed my hand against my pubic bone as much as I could when jelqing OR squeezing. That's why I've got a uniform girth on my penis. In fact, I'm a full 1/2" bigger around at the base rather than smaller at the base. If youre doing your girth exercises properly you should not have a smaller base girth or a "gap" of smaller girth at the base like I've seen in some guys pics or heard some guys complain about.

I wouldn't worry, unless its becoming very dramatic. Things well even out eventually. If you are making gains, just keep at it, worry about "evening things out" later.
