First off, I am circumsized and would like to keep it that way.
I say this because I've been pe-ing for 5 months now using the jelq since the beginning and my amount of (fore)skin is growing too much. My dick is getting more and more decircumsized.
Now this, I don't want at all. I am asuming this is because of the jelq and have read some threads about it too.

I am thinking of eliminating the jelq coz in my mind it isn't such a fantastic exercise anyway. But it's been the base of my routines thusfar.
Could someone please help me design a routine around other exercises like DLD blasters, JAI's, DLD bends, horses and uli's or even other exercises.
I do pe 4/5 days a week.

Also, do you guys think that by eliminating the jelq I am missing out on anything ? And is only the jelq responsible for this regrowth of skin or are other exercises to blaim also ?

Jelq is probably the worst in terms of the foreskin growth, although I have not seen any noticable change in mine. I think jelq is over rated. You can do uli, bends, and horse 440 for girth work, and some type of stretches such as DLD Blasters for length.

Since you are experienced (5 months), why don't you warm up with some ulis and horse squeezes, then do bends for your girth. After than, Do DLD Blasters for length. Doing this 5 days a week would be effective.

i couldnt imagine a life without jelq. admittedly i have started stepping down the amount of time i jelq, and replacing it with almost exclusively uli #3's (you havent lived unitl youve seen a flaccid hang after 45mins of uli #3's).

streching is also not good as far as skin goes in my opinion, wouldnt it strech skin just as much if not more than jelqing? have your tried dry jelqing?

Hey guys,
I have found that I am getting more foreskin too. Just yesterday after my 3rd round of shovelng out in the cold I had the "turtle" effect going strong and actually looked like I had never been curcumsized!
1st- when you grow you'll need to have that extra "skin" to accomodate the added erectile size. Anyone else? For a time I was getting erections and I was finding that my skin was too tight anyway.
2nd- the effect does go away as you increase your flaccid size. I would think you would need the skin to stretch into.

Look at it this way... The skin grows, the tunica grows, the erectile tissue has a place to expand into, you get the desired result :)
I have gone through all those changes in that order and learned mostly by trolling this board that some of these things actually help although it's not what you bargained for when you started. Think of it as a transition into your new, larger flaccid size that I am sure you will start noticing.

No jelqing is NOT necessary. You can do Uli3s or the Horse 440s or similar squeeze type girth exercises. Stretching doesnt mean you skin has to grow excessively. I stretch by pulling on my glans. Actually I use DLD's "Blasters" combined with "A" stretches and my modified "V" stretches and they give me the same stretching feelings as I got when I used weights briefly a while back.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I am sure (gut feeling) jelqing is the culprit here.
So now I am designing a new routine. I will line it out here and please feel free to critique it !

jelqless routine:

DLD blasters: 70 reps (5sec+5sec)
JAI: 100 2sec holds

Erect bends: 4 sets of 60sec holds and bends
Horse: 3sets of 30sec holds
Uli3: 3sets of 30sec holds

frequency: 4-5 times/week

What do you think, is this not enough, too much or just fine ?
