Testicles Different Sizes

My right testicle is a bit larger than my left, is this unusual?

Hahaha! Funny you should mention that, me and my two friends were talking about that too. I think it's the same principle as a girl having different sized areolas, or having one ear bigger than the other, or offset, or one nostril a different shape.

Mine are all over the place; sometimes left hangs lower, sometimes right.

One time, my right testicle was really swollen and red. It was slightly painful at first, then graduated to the point that I could hardly walk. I went to the hospital, and they checked me out, it turned out that my testicles had been twisted. If I had waited another 12-24 hours, it would die and need to be removed.

Afterward, I had stitches in my sack for about a month and it hurt like hell to do anything.

So the point of my story is that I'd rather have two uneven testicles than one (which would be inherently symmetrical).

The vast majority of men have one that hangs lower than the other, I dont know if this is what you meant or one ball is actually bigger. Make sure it isn't a hernia. Have you had a physical recently? It's much better to take care of this shit before it becomes a problem. But, It is probably just the way you are. No one is perfectly symmetrical.

My left testicle is bigger and hangs lower when flaccid. When erect, everything moves up and everything looks reasonably balanced; although the left testicle is always larger in diameter.

i think its the same with most men, i know that one testicle is meant to hang lower to stop them getting squashed between your legs, i dont know the reason for one being bigger, but im fairly sure its common.

Yeah I should get a physical. Because I want to ask my doctor about my glans not filling with blood at all as well.
