started taking vitex left nut hurts!!!!!

well im sorta new here and i have been reading
all the rants and raves about ...l arginine and vitex

well i started taking 1 1000 mg of l arginine per day
for 2 weeks than i wanted to see if i could bust
a huge load .........well there was not much of a difference
maybe i should have taken it longer ?????

well i said fuck it i start taking vitex 500 mg tablets
one pill per day im on my 7th day of taking the pill
i have not cum yet but today my right nut hurts

any one taking vitex have this problem
if its a repost sorry.......... but getting up to date

I take 3 g of arginine a day, and have noticed a difference in my load. You're supposed to take it on an empty stomach.

Thanks Insane_man, I didn't know that I had to take arginine on empty stomach. I took 1000 mg three times a day after meals for a month already and didn't notice anything. From tomorrow on I will take it the first thing in the morning.

As for vitex, yes you will feel that your testicles are full. That's normal. It is because vitex increases the secretion of LH from the pituitary, which in turn causes the testes to secrete more testosterone. Keep it on and you will like the results. My loads only increased marginally from vitex (my results are mostly from lecithin) but I love the feeling of 'full' balls, and besides, your balls will get larger and larger......

sorry, but what is LH? some sort of hormone i presume. i have taken arginine before and i noticed a big differance in the size of my loads, from 1g a day, in the morning, never had any pain, but i didnt like it because when i came, i came really hard, and didnt want sex for the rest of the day, i like having lots of sex, so i dont take it anymore.

still got some left though, maybe for special occasions...
