I don't really have the time to do my stretches and jelq in the samesession (takes 1hr plus). SO I was wondering is it ok to split them i.e. do my stretches in the afternoon and then do my jelqs and ulis later at night. Also if I did this would I need to do hot wraps 4 times i.e. warm up and warm down for stetches and then warm up and warm down for jeqs.

Thanks.

Its definately OK, if not even better. Many of the experienced PE'ers who have made big gains such as RB and DLD have split their sessions up into 2-4 sessions in a day. About the wraps, you probably don't need to do them 4X. I like to warm up but I don't use them after my sessions.

i actually prefer to split them, but i dont have time in the morning, so i cant, but i do my streches first, then fowfer while i come on this board and reply to posts which lets my hands rest, then go offline and jelq and uli.

so id say yes, go for it

Thats what I've done the past few week now.

I spend an hour on stretching earlier in the day, go to the gym and lift, then do jelqing later on in the day.

I started splitting my routine, because my hands have been feeling more fatigued lately. Also its been hard to do 4 hours of training each day(2hr PE, 2hr Gym), so the split makes it easier on me for time, and I don't feel as worn out.

I was looking at your rocky avatar and could you imagine the whole theme of the movie was about dick size. You know rocky had to beat Apollo in dick size not boxing. Interesting, I must be really tired.

I think you're tired ;)

I've haven't thought about Rocky in that way lol.

I just like the Rocky story in general. He was a nobody, that became a somebody and a champ. Thats how I relate it to me in a sense. I didn't have much starting out, I got a great opportunity, took advantage of it, and turned out pretty good. Very motivational movie series.

BTW: I have that theme if ya want it :D. Never do a stretch routine with that song. I got carried away once. :D

I split up my routine - always have. I do my jelqs first thing in the am and my stretches in peices throughout the day (usually 8 min segments x 3). I have never been good about warmups and I gain fine. Just be careful not to injure yourself.
