Ok, so I've been PE'ing for about 5 months now and I've had the hardest of times gaining any girth. I think I've gained slightly more than 1/4" in length, but negligible girth (maybe 1/8").
The first 3 months or so I just jelq'ed and stretched. Pratctically no gains in either department. After that I've started trying more advanced techniques and have seen a little bit of gains. Next measurement is 1 week away!
Ok, so now on to my question
Has anybody seen girth gains from squeeze bending? I'm sure there's a name for it out there. Here's my current routine:
1) flacid stretches/dld blasters for about 15 minutes.
2) Jelq for 50 strokes or so (around 70-80% erect)
3) Squeeze at the base like when doing Uli's
4) Gently bend penis in different directions (I normaly just bend against my left curve). I usually bend for 2-3 seconds and repeat 10 times or so. Whatever feels good.
repeat from 2 until I reaching the desired # of jelq's for the session. I'm doing this routine about 4 days a week.
I'm hoping this could have similar results to erect bending, but maybe less risks. Or is what I'm describing pretty much the same as erect bending? I imagine it's different, since forcing blood into the penis (squeeze) doesn't seem to make it as hard/unbendable as getting a natural erection.
So... thoughts? suggestions? Any girth advice welcome :)
