Ok, I am only 19 yrs old and my dick is not very strong. When my dick is naturally erect (w/out stimulation), it is still a little squeezable if you know what i mean. I've had rock hard erections before and those you can't squeeze. anyway, I can't get rock hard erections and my dick does not stand up at an angle or even a 90 degree angle. it points downward and isn't as hard as it should be. can you guys help me out with getting a strong rock hard penis again? i do stretches everyday in the morning for 2 minutes (the other day my dick made a slight pop!). anyway, please help me out, i want a stronger dick. thanks guys.

I think a good thorough PC workout will help some of these issues. You can do the PC workout during your morning stretch with Blasters...Here is a link:

I think this will be the best way to achieve harder erections.

id suggest that along with pc work, you throw in some jelqs for good measure, start light, and build up.

How long have you been into PE?
Here's some advice:
1. Jelq, Stretch, Kegel, and get into PE if you haven't already- stick w/ it too!
2. It's a mental issue. If you think you're not 100% erect, you will not be because you're worried. It's happened to me before too. After starting PE, I began to clear my mind about erections and stuff and all I can say is that my dick is harder than ever when erect. KEGELS and JELQING are what I blame for this.
3. Might be your diet. No more french fries, or potato chips, or soda, or anything like that- I've cut out chips and fries drastically from my diet. Okay I am eating some of a Di-giorno pizza now, but it's not as bad as french fries or chips. Make sure you drink plenty of water and also do cardio vascular exercises and exercise in general. Running, playing basketball, anything to get your heart pumping faster will help blood flow! Combine that with increasing your water intake each day- which helps bloodflow also- and you'll be getting more blood circulating through your body better!
4. Might be all 3 of the above so just don't worry, just eat good, exercise, and PE- most importantly eat healthy and PE though! There's been a few posts from guys in their 40's and so on who feel like they are in their youth because of PE- so just have faith :)

i think i need to do those kegel exercises. my erect angle is at like 4 o'clock, but with serious stimulation it is at 2:30, but i can't maintain those rock hard erections and it will instantly fall 4 again, and then to 6 o'clock if you guys know what i mean. anyway, my pc muscle is very weak because it does not contract very hard and i think it is also due to why i can't maintain very good erections. i've been doing p.e. every other day for almost a year, however, i do not have a routine or anything. i spend probably.... 5 minutes a day while in the shower doing some jelqs and stretching... maybe that is why i haven't seen any results yet, i don't know. but my main concern right now is my pc muscle... by the way, thanks for the replies guys!

A very good combination exercise that works length while giving the PC Muscle a very good workout is the Blaster. This exercise relies on the PC muscle to be effective. It makes it cool because you are killing two bird with one stone by training your PC muscle while also getting an incredible stretch.

Played, please read the last submission I made to the Blasters thread...I have tuned up some of the instructions and made things easier to understand...there are also newly uploaded pix.
