View Full Version : Advanced Erect Stretching And Bending

First the modified bruiser180:
I lay on my back on a bed and stroke myself to a full erection(and I mean verry close to or rockhard!).
Then I raise my thighs to my chest grab my dick with the hand, arm under my left leg, do a Kegle and push the tip of my dick in a horizontal, circular movement towards my feed with increasing pressure for 30 seconds. I achieve maximum 140° rotation at the present.
Then I straighten my legs, rest for 30-60 seconds, while mantaining my erection before I start over, this time to the right side. This is one set.
I do something between 8-14 sets of this, often with some straight down stretch (thighs as well to the chest and both arms surrounding the hipps), each 30 seconds too.

After this it’s time for the erect bends in pole-style:
Again(or still) rockhard, standing relaxed, I do a powerful kegle and press with my left hand with an U-grip(!) on the top base of my dick as close to pubic bone as possible, while I make a 3-finger underhand grip with my right hand and bend in a smooth curve to the left for 15 sec., relax for 15-30sec. And repeat to the right side.
Then 2 times down and 2 times up in the same style. This is one set.
I do something between 4-6 sets plus some short duration „freestyle-bending“ afterwards with incorporation of edging in the hot shower.

Around 1 to 1.5 hours time, 4 to 5 times per week (in a row, weekends always off) plus some low intensity stretching/ jelqing spreaded over the day.

I did the a.m. exercises for the last 3 weeks and observed crazy tunica pump after (w/o fluid accomoulation under skin), improved morning wood and overall libido(this is really strange, since it’s an exhausting workout and I jerk off after almost each session. Not to speak from my weekend activities:) ) and some minor gains (0.5 cm in both directions are difficult to verrify and nothing spectaculare, but I’m confident to find at least 0.5 more in the next weeks).

Feel free to give me your opinion/remarks/questions.

Can you please clarify the bruiser part? Such as how do you grip your dick and when you say you push the tip of your dick towards your feet, what exactly does that mean? I am completely confused.

Okay, I will try.

So you're lying on your back, thighs to your chest.
Then you reach with your left arm around your left leg and grasp your dick right behind the head on the RIGHT side of the shaft(this can be done easier if you give it with the right hand to your left).
Then you rotate your dick around the basis in a horizontal movement to the left until you feel a good stretch in your right ligs. Underside of dick is pointing always up to the ceiling.

The main difference to the normal 180 is: no anchoring with your free hand at the basis, the 100% erection and of course the body/leg-position.

the harder and more frequently (3 times/day) I work out, the hornier I get and I also get much more intense morning woodies.
My libido goes up as well.

Yeah, but for me this counts for erect exercises(Stretches, Bends, Erect Jelqs) only.
When doing the "normal" 50% Jelq and flaccid stretch routine my erections and libido go down.
Somebody else observed this?

Pan, I don't know the physiology involved, but it seems like the morning after I've had a particularly intense bunch of sessions, like really pushing the envelope, I get the intense morning woodies. I'm seeing a correlation, using mw as an indicator of how effective the stress I placed in my prior workouts was toward maximizing growth... Unfortunately, my dick seems particularly apt at adapting to new stress within a very short period of time, so I continually have to remind myself to UP THE STRESS!

As longer I'm into PE as more valid this becomes to me as well.
What I do for preventing the adaptation is nowadays a lot of variations in terms of duration, exercises, force etc. used cause I think it's impossible always to up intensity and duration.
If you think this to the end you will have to pe 24 hours at some point and use a steamroller to create enough force to press your dick.

Pole,

the same for me, only do erect or close to erect exercises. I get sore sometimes but my dick is in extreme good shape in periods of intense "erect" exercising. More than a year ago I did some flaccid stretching and jelqing and that really wore my dick out.
Now I do some jelqing on and off but never more than a couple of times a week. For me jelqing is a good warm up for bending and squeezing, especially when I´m not in the right mood for a workout. It feels very good to jelq with lube, and with some nice picture to have my eyes on I usually manage to get in the right mode for a good workout.

I have had a long period of not so much workouts. Have decided to go for an intense period for some time now.
I haven´t gained for a long time and I think my dick is ready for some serious workouts.

How ´bout you RB, any gains the latest 6 months period or so?

Pan, January 4-03 marked my one year pe anniversary. In that time I had gained just over 3" in length and 1.5" in girth. I don't plan to measure for awhile until I notice some sort of visual sign of progress, as the last several months have only resulted in minimal gains, which to me are discouraging to look down after a months hard work and only have grown a tiny bit.

I'm trying like HELL to find a way to make the DLD blasters work for me as they do others. Seems like growth really takes off with these once you can do an A stretch. Unfortunately for me, with my wrist/hand/forearm size, I estimate I'll have to be 10" long to do them correctly :(

Until then, I've developed some adaptations that I hope will give me similar gains. Time will tell...

Holy cow RB that is close to record gain in a year of PE.

I have been into this one more year than you THIS time and have got about 1"x0.8". Some of my gain came many moons ago with "intuitive" stretching and some pumping (as I´ve told you earlier). So my total gain the last 8 years or so is about 1.6"-2" L and about 1" G.

I WILL, I WILL, I WILL get to my goal of 8.3" x 6.3-6.7" :-)
