Guys, I’ve read it several times now and am trying it out for the month of march.
It’s stretching every day (6on/1off) and doing girth work only every other day (1on/1off).
Some claim that stress caused by stretching is healed in 8 hours and that girth moves take lots more rest.
Has anyone actually done this and if yes what were the results.
Is it really the ULTIMATE APPROACH ?

dont try to get focussed on the ultimate routine for everyone, find the ultimate routine for you. i personally think its best for me to do girth 5days a week, along with stretching 5 days a week, then two days off to heal everything.

Yep, just like SJA said, there is no "cookie cutter" type approach to PE. You need to find out what works for YOU. Take your idea and run with it for a month and see what happens and how you feel about it and what kind of results you get.

I just yesterday started a 3 days per week length work, 3 days per week girth work program after a 6 days on one off for both length and girth. I know that doing it all every day works, but quite slowly for me. Gonna see if this way is better for ME. I know some of the biggest gainers such as Big Al used a routine like the one I am starting.
