Does it get rid of stubbles on the shaft? Is it ok to use on face? (between eyebrow and parts of hairline)

It could put a chemical burn on your face or give you a long lasting allergic reaction to it. You really want that on your face? Wax instead. It isn't that bad on your eyebrows and unibrow. Believe me!
You could try the Magic Shave products. I would suggest tweezing between your eyebrows though.

I use Nair without any problem. I leave it on for no more than four minutes and it works great. just my two cents

I say LASER is the way to go
Cost a bit but well worth it and you never have to worry about hair again.
One thing is it can't be blonde or white hair though.

I agree, LASER should be something you should look into. Get your Sunday's paper and you will find about a dozen ads offering that service. I just saw an ad three days ago for under a hundred bucks.
