Hi guys,

I've been following the threads here on this board for a couple of months now without posting anything. Just reading. But, there are so many posts that it's very likely to loose the overview.
With this thread I wanted to ask the experienced of you, or anyone else, to give me some good answers or at least good links too good posts/threads on this board where this subject has been already discussed.

First, PE is not new to me. It's even well known to me. Last year I did only hanging. From February to December. In the end, that means the last four months, I hung over 20 lbs. But results were not detectable. Maybe I would have continued my hanging routine but it took me too much time per day. And because of the job that I am doing now it's almost impossible to spend several hours (>4, pauses included) on it.
Before, I mean before last year I did this and that. Jelqing, hanging, stretching, pumping and so on. During this time I really gained something. Around 0.7 inch!!! All of it by jelqing. But I think, most of that was errection improvement and general penis fitness improvement or however you want to call it. However, I think around 40% of the gains were real gains.
Now I am doing jelqing again and I am hoping that I am going to see gains. The problem that I have now is the same that I already had during my first gain period (after my gains pettered out): I don't know if the routine that I am currently following is the right one.
Means...
...when do I know that I am doing it right?
...how should a worked out feeling feel? How should a worked out penis look like? Donut? Currently I am thinking that a donut is a good sign for a worked out feeling. true or false?
...red spots on the head? (Donut and red spots are "appearances" that I hadn't got in my "ancient" jelqing routines.)
...two hours per day, continous jelq, two days or three days on, and one day of? Good?
...hot wrap before start, and hot shower after the routine. good?
...time to dedicate? At least four months until gains are visible for the first time?

Yes, I know, these questions have been already asked a hundred times on this board. But it would be very nice if anyone answered to my thread.

Thanks in advance

seems to me you should go back to what you know works - jelqing. I think that if you see some red spots and "bronzing' that these are simply signs of a profitable workout. when you get a donut, again it means that your strokes are effective, but too much could be counterproductive. ie if your donut takes more than 4 or so hours to resolve then you are probably going at it too hard. in place of hanging, learn to do the dld blasters. why not alternate 200-300 jelqs with 5 or 6 minutes of pumping, repeat for a total of about 45 minutes of workout. the title to this thread would lead one to believe that you are quitting pe. Are you?

As Luv suggested I would try pumping... I've been at PE for 8 months now and I have gained a lot less then ".7" thats for sure... Pumping for 5 minutes or so between jelqs IS really doing it for me.. Besides, it feels great... DLD blaster are awesome... I'm now just doing them right and can really feel the lig pull now..

No I am not planning to kick off the PE stuff. I am a believer but sometimes/often you come to a point where it's hard to keep on believing.

DLD-Blaster: Is this something like this: I fix some weight (let's say 15 lbs, depends on the individuum) and then I flex the "muscle" of my dick. It's like doing kegels but with weight attached. Right???

Pump: Maybe I should use it. I have one but the problem is that it's a slight bit too long. Means, I do not get my head into the "head" of the pump. (By the way, my pump looks like a big erect penis.) It's realy not much. Consequence: I am only pumping the head. Big fat donut.

Jelquing: I really do prefer it at the moment though I haven't seen any gains yet since I've started about 9 weeks ago.
