been taking vitex for one month

well alot of people were hyping vitex.....so i tried it for
one month, i took one pill of 500mg gnc vitex daily

well after a month i think its all hype MY LOADS ARE SMALLER?
thats right i took one pill every day for 10 days than
i had sex with a escort thinking i would explode on her
my load was average

so i continue taking vitex for over 2 weeks than i
call up a escort we had sex and again my load
was small so im stopping it

before taking vitex i had more sperm to shoot
bottom line after taking vitex my loads were smaller
any comments are welcome..and are there any pills
that work to increase my jizz some one help

L-arginine and chlomid are said to be effective. I can personally vouch for arginine.

i started to take l arginine

i have a bottle of 500 mg and a bottle of 1000 mg
any suggestions on how many pills per day

I currently take 4 1000's a day (4g), but I would reccomend you start out at maybe 2g and work your way up.

Start with 1500 mgs a day.Vitex can work it has strong prolactin inhibitory effects like arimidex.The dosage of unstanderdized herbs may need to adjust upwars of 2-3 grams a day.Should be close to clomid type of effect.
