my current routine:
Hot wrap
5 light stretches *all directions*
15 V-stretches *all directions*
Hot wrap
300 jelq with 5 sqeezes every 100 jelqs
Hot wrap
50-100 keggle
It's almost a month i've been doing this and mostly it's in the PM as schedule is very tight for me.
Should I be doing an AM/PM routine?? or stay at doing this?
