Hi all...I am new, I have been jelquing (hopefully correctly) and doing some stretches. I want to start a good work out, but don't know what many of the exercises are--i.e--uli's, bib hangers, etc. Is there anywhere to get free info. about these exercises? videos, ect.

W/ Stretching, it seems to me like my member(when hard) is looser from my body(if that makes sense) and easier to rotate. If it becomes too "loose"-I'm afraid I'll have less controll over it. does anyone know about this?

I would also like to know if anyone has seriously injured themselves w/ PE, or weakened their erections, etc.

Lastly, I would love for someone to verify that these exercises work. I have read some of your impressive progress reports, but it all seems too good to be true.

THey have videos with instructions including DLD's famous blasters. To answer your questions regarding the exercises, check out the posts pinned at the top. They are a must for a newbie and then you can use the search function, excellent tool with a vast library of threads.
