While @ school, I had parked my car on the sidewalk. When I returned, some one scraped the shit out of my bumper, it was scratched, no dents just a nice scratch. What makes me pist off is that the guy/gal could of reversed a lot of more and avoided hitting my car, that or go forward and backward as necessary to avoid hitting my car. I know I can repair this myself with some spray paint but would like some advice so that I do a good job.
Here are some pictures of the scratch:

Did you try buffing it out. I hit a girl in college when driving it school. She took her car to a Land Rover Dealer and got an estimate for 1500. My buddy owned a shop land ooked at it, said mind if I try something? She said "go ahead". He took compund and a rag by hand and made it disappear. Saved me a ton! Girl was happy too.

I was actually waiting for some advice like this. What I have in mind is to use steel wool and smooth the surface out since there aren't dents. I guess my concern is the paint, where can I get quality paint.

I don't think you need to sand it. I'll ask my friend and get back to you before the weekend. 3M Compounding rub might be the ticket.
