Here is an area that I want to improve in now is the hardness factor.

What are peoples thoughts on supplements and exercises that can improve the hardness of the erection.

I'm just finding lately when I have an erection, it hangs downward. It might be becuase of my length, but there are people who have larger sizes than me that have harder erections.

When I flex my PC, I get the hardness desired, but I can't hold the kegel for that long ( I can hold for maybe 90-120 seconds, but that's pushing it.)

I was naturally endowed with a pretty nice size to begin with at 8"x5", and it always had that italian sausage natural down curve. This makes it harder to have the fullest hardest erection but ive noticed that a steady routine of lots of kegels really helps. Make a daily workout of it for yourself and stick to it.
