Along with the Maca gelatinized extracts I've been taking, I can say that Lecithin has made my sperm much more white and thick, which is so cool. Usually my sperm looks like halfway cooked eggs - sort of white, but not fully - still watery parts. But now it's saturated with white and pretty thick.

I haven't noticed an increase in volume yet, probably related to me taking the lecithin tablets only since Sunday evening.

I'm taking 3 tablets of Origin Natural Lecithin Concentrate per meal (1200 mgs per meal). I found it in Target. It has 100 softgels with 400 mgs of lecithin per pop. I'm probably going to up the lecithin intake in the next few days to 1200 mgs per pill with a new brand, as suggested by Jafar. I think it's wise to gradually build up to any kind of monstrous intake like 1200 mgs of any substance, unless it's water. :) I could be mistaken though.

Does anyone know if lecithin has any adverse side effects if taken in massive quantities?

I'll tell you my output for tonight. I have a feeling it's going to be a massively thick load!

I took 2400 mg of lecithin daily for a few months, didn't increase my loads, but did make them thick and white.

I just found out that an average egg yolk has just under 5 grams of lecithin in it, but if you overcook the yolk (hard fried or boiled) you kill the lecithin.

I'm gonna start eating 2 suny side ups for breakfast daily. That's 10 grams, not mg of lecithin for about $.24 per day... Not a bad deal.

Just have to work my way through these scads of easter eggs we have left :(

Funny how I mentioned in another post how the consistency of cum is much like those eggs, :)

So you are saying don't overcook it? Should it still be a bit runny? Perhaps eating them raw would be beneficial, albeit unappetizing.

Raw would be ideal, except for the biohazard they present :)

From what I've been able to read, don't overcook the yolk. I'm guessing this means it should still be runny. As I understand it, the salmonella risk is from the chicken secretions that can be left on the outside of the shell, modern production chlorine washing should eliminate most of this, but how can one be sure?

Any salmonella that contacts and contaminates the egg on it's way to the pan should be killed instantly when it hits the heat. :)

RB,

eat your eggs cooked instead of fryed, MUCH more healthy.

About bio hazard, DON`T WORRY!

Iīve eaten raw eggs/yolks for 15 years and never experienced any problem from it.

The small amount of bacteria in fresh eggs are no problem at all for the digestive tract of yours to handle. To be on the safe side if anyone wantīs to start eating raw yolks, start with a few dropps, then the next day a few drops more. Then half a yolk and so on...

Raw yolks are very nutricious, probably the most nutricious food in the world for humans.

The white contains enzymeinhibitors and therfore are less then ideal raw, cooking destroys the inhibitors but also destroys protein and other nutrients.

BTW, I almost exclusively eat eggs (mostly raw yolks, somtimes lightly cooked) fish raw/cooked and fruits and nuts/seeds. Donīt need them grains, dairy, meat or whatever...

Enjoy your yolks :)

Hey Guys,

I took both lecithin and arginine together and had great results!
It took about a week and then it kicked in. I also increased my water intake as well. Try it and see what happens.

Good Luck,

RB,
Have you had results from eating eggs to improve your loads?

RB,

Have you tried Arginine in your attempt to increase your load?
I used it along with lecithin and had tremendous results. I think it's worth a try. Lecithin by itself just made it thicker, but add the Arginine and WOW!

JMeister, didn't really notice anything other than thicker and more creamy, no size increase. Since I usually blow inside the wife anyway, I could care less about the consistency... :)

I've used Arginine in the past, really never noticed any significant increase in load size... :(

OK!! Can someone breakdown this Lecithin measurements to me? Like, How many Mg of Lecithin do I have to take to equal a Granule? Which is more benefical a 1325mg pill of Lecithin or a teaspoon of 30 granules Lecithin(if every teaspoon has 7.5 grams)? How many Mg would it take to equal 7.5 grams? Thanks!!

1000mg = 1 gram

I guess you aren't aware that the human body absorbs much more protein from cooked eggs than raw. Its better to eat them cooked than raw.
