seems to me and to many others that PE is not really permanent, and you have to keep doing the routines forever to keep gains- this is a little discerning, im sure there will be a point at all of our lives when we cant do PE for a while, and to loose all the gains, will simply be heart breaking. :(

Where you getting your info? I've never seen this to be a widely reported phenomena...

For what it's worth, I took a month long break awhile back, didn't lose anything.

I think at most one would lose just a bit of un-cemented gains if they quit cold turkey for the long term, unless they were all temporary pumping gains that were never cemented in the first place...

I gained 4.75 inches and stopped PEing a long time ago. I lost the grand total of .25 inches since. I think that is rather permanent.

It seems illogical that you could lose significant gains. Where would it go?

Damn Bib 4.75" ... How long ago did you stop? You do nothing for just conditioning? Just wondering.... How old are you Bib and at what age did you start PE, and how long did you do it before you stopped?

The subject of this thread is something I have been contimplating lately. Someone said it this way over at thunders. "It's kinda like when you lift weights and get big muscles. If you stop working out your muscles will eventually go back to origanal size. If you want to keep the big muscles you must continue to workout." It is only logical that this same principle applies to our penis as well, but it looks like for some of us is doesn't? All in all though I have decided to always do some sort of PE (at least untill I am to senile) untill the day I die. Kinda just like keeping active and exercising for better health. Just another way of taking good care of your body.

yea, i guess it would seem illogical for length gains to go away, but how about girth, it seems like it could shrink back down..?

Size gains have nothing to do with weight training. There is very little muscle involved, and that muscle has nothing to do with size. The constraints on size are collagenous tissues, the ligs and tunica. That's it. If you stretch the collagenous tissues past a certain point, they do not return to their former shape, at least not easily. There is a procedure to shrink these tissues, but it is involved and would not occur naturally.

I agree. I still milk lightly a couple times a week for a few minutes, when I think about it. This is for the circulation benefits and keeps the erections strong.
