Hey all,

I hope this won't ultimately turn out to be a moot question, considering that we're all different, but i've noticed that in general those on the site that have experience the incredible gains (specifically RB and DLD) broke their sessions up throughout the day. granted they usually concluded their day with a major session before going to sleep, but that was after a thorough workout that took place throughout the day. I heard RB state that "less is more" is the approach that worked for him. Big Al also alluded to this on his website where he said that a lot of his clients experience the best of the their exercises in the first few minutes of their workout.

does this routine (and the evident benefits it's reaped) prove that penile tissue recovers faster than normal muscle tissue? i know that when i was working out, my plan consisted of working the same muscle group every other day to ensure recovery, but that doesn't seem to be the case with penile tissue.

once again however, we're all individuals, and i'm sure some brothers would be injured by multiple sessions, so i doubt it would be possible to just make a blanket statement on the issue.

this was just something that was on my mind, and i wanted your opinion on this.

For me, doing my pe throughout the day was brought on by necessity, not some master plan. It's worked very well for me. Basically I do 30 minutes in 5 minute segments throughout the day. If I do anything at night, it is just static stretching while watching tv as privacy allows.

My dick get's plenty of rest, and continues to grow. It's what works for me.
